Sar Yavok purchased an old but well-maintained CEC YT-1300 with some of the money he received during a liquidation of old Rebel Yell assets and spent a good deal extra on modifications.
The ship is named in honor of its Captain's original YT freighter the Dusty Jawa which was sold after several years of faithful service.
