Background
The MC85 Star Cruiser was a Heavy cruiser manufactured by Mon Calamari Shipyards and Corellian Engineering Corporation after the Galactic Civil War, intended to be an update to the ubiquitous MC80 Liberty cruiser. It was used by the New Republic Starfleet before its demilitarization, with most being decommissioned or refitted for civilian use.
Weaponry
The MC85 mounts numerous weapon blisters containing eighteen heavy turbolaser turrets, eighteen heavy ion cannon turrets, twelve point defense laser turrets, and six heavy concussion missile launchers. It could carry ten squadrons of starfighters along with numerous shuttlecraft for troop actions.
