Borgol the Hutt begins the process of consolidating his power. Step 1: Show a group of ungrateful gangsters the error of their ways.

OOC Date: March 11, 2022
Location: Nar Shaddaa
Participants: Hutt Cartel, Borgol the Hutt as GM, Amal Jha, Kael Greystorm, Kaavenn, Karr'roga, Seren, Snogrutt, Teela Kloo, Trip

[Borgol the Hutt]

The pair of of unmarked speeder truckers rattle along the lower level streets of Nar Shaddaa. They still smell like whatever livestock carcasses had been in it previously, though at least some effort had been made to give them a sound cleaning to remove debris; if not the smells entirely. Their cargo compartments are unlit, but at least they have a couple of windows that permit the neon lighting of Nar Shaddaa to bleed in and provide a colorful glow to the confines of the bulk transport speeders. For much of the trip the speeder trucks have been moving along at a reasonable clip and even, at times, following the local traffic expectations.

The objective is simple. Storm the positions held by thugs who refuse to bend the knee. As a result they have moved from beneath the thumb of the Hutt Cartel and, by all rights, pose a risk to the local population whom this fledgling gang would surely eventually see as their people to rule over.

Therefore their positions must be stormed and their lives dealt.

The speeder trucks have began to increase their speed, rattling and shaking as their repulsor tech whines with the increased stress put upon them. They rattle with enough intensity to jostle and sway the hired muscle being transported within their cargo compartments. At different times a bang can be heard within each of the cargo compartments; their drivers signaling that they've nearly arrived. As the pair of speeder trucks pull up to the mouth of an alleyway, already the speeders begin taking fire from a pair of thugs who are even now beginning to walk-retreat down the alleyway toward the deadend where doors would grant access to the trio of structures that form around that dead end.

[Snogrutt]

Snogrutt, the porcine piggy, rides in the back of one of the trucks. The bulky Gamorrean grips his axe with both hands, grinning across at whomever is opposite. "ghiethivoow ghevaethie lae!" he chortles. There isn't fear, or anger in those eyes, this piggy is having FUN! The doors fly open and the surly Gamorrean rolls out, looking down the alley. Too far, too fat too run, Snogrutt starts to advance, bringing up his axe. "kosa ofezaaghae femamu?!" he bellows, spittle flying from his maw. [Language: Gamorrean]

[Teela Kloo]

Teela Kloo jumps out the speeder truck on the opposite side to the alleyway to provide herself a bit of cover. One of her pair of blasters in hand, she peers back and over the truck to pick targets out in HUD, locking them into the Augmented aim assist, and then extends her blaster over to take a pair of shots. One hits square and drops the target onto his knees groaning, but the other scores the duracrete wall of the alley. She moves beneath the fire to take up a position against one wall that leads into the alley, making herself as unlikely a target as possible, but given her armor...

That's probably not likely.

<<"It behooves you to put down your weapons and surrender. You no longer control this district. Any resistance on this matter will be dealt with accordingly.">> A blaster bolt hits the wall beside her, <<"I'll take that as a no. Negotiations have concluded.">>

[Amal Jha]

Amal, still and silent as she waited for the speeder trucks to make their delivery, paid no attention to the lights that filtered in through the windows, gleaming all of the colours of the moon's sordid rainbows on her white on white attire. She sat leaning slightly forward, the thin blade of something that looked like a cross between a rapier and a sword held lightly in a hand. She looked up as soon as the bang signaled their arrival and a foot came out, kicking open the door as she took off at a run to close in on the retreating figures. With luck, and some suppressing fire from the rest of the team, she might make it.

[Trip]

One might not guess it by appearance, but Trip, the Consigliere of the Cartel is a formidable warrior. Fearful, elegant, and small, the creature disembarks the vessel, lands, and draws his sword (knife) in a motion that conveys disgust. "Loyalty is paid with rivers of blood. So shall they ever flow...AHHHHHHHH!"

White fur transforms to black as the Kushiban closes the distance in laughable fashion, bounding before cutting a man across the back of their knee to bring them down, only to scramble up their back and penetrate their throat a number of times with the sword he carries. His foe has not even hit the ground before he's upon another, planting the length of his weapon into their leg prompting a man to cry out in both terror and pain. If he looked down, a Kushiban with orange eyes looks up at him, withdrawing the knife and preparing to plunge it into their body again, using it for leverage to climb up!

[Kael Greystorm]

As they come up onto the target area Kael's relaxing slightly with his blaster pistols still holstered. Then as the trucks come to a stop he jumps out, pistols clearing their holsters with speed and ease as Kael sights in on one of the rebels snapping off a pair of bolts from the LL-30 in his right hand that slam into the poor unfortunate soul before he raises up his left hand with the massive Sentinel IV squeezing out a single shot that slams into the wall well away from the new target, "Surrender is always an option. You are out gunned and out classed."

[Kaavenn]

Oh god the STENCH. Kaavenn normally would just leave the helmet off the void armor for a while, but the smell necessitates he slap it on hastily. Once properly sealed he lets the environmental systems purge first before the cooling kicks in. His glowing red eyes turn towards the familiar Barabel. His helmet vox crackles to life with mock annoyance. <"You're probably enjoying the smell. Aren't you."> Kaavenn had had some initial dithering choosing which of his plentiful war-crime worthy weapons to use tonight. For the moment, he'll stick with this particular sniper rifle, which he cradles lovingly in his arms. Most of the ride was spent silently checking over his gear. The actual professional showed up, not the showy smartass most folk encounter.

Once they arrive, Kaavenn is content to let everyone else storm the building and shine. He simply squats down in the back of the speeder truck, and sights the rifle through the door. The targeting overlay coms to life. The trigger stuff is calmly depressed, and he fires over everyone's head, well to the side of Karr's. After which he pops down and pads on over to the door's left side to use it partially as cover, partially as a brace to seek out additional targets before he needs to move up to support again.

[Karr'roga]

Someone, probably someone rich, decided to hire a Barabel to do murders. Karr'roga does not arrive with words. He is set free the moment he arrives - a towering form of rags and bone-trophies hanging from a poncho made of loosely-sewn skins. If anything it's protection from Nar Shadda's greasy rains. But beneath that, beneath that there's the hydraulic-hiss of powered limbs. Reaching back, the Barabel in power-armor unsheathes the long, crystalline blade and in one motion cuts a man to the quick of his spine. The motion sends the sword wavering, and the second strike misses, though the Barabel turns his head as that large red-visor comes down over the slitted eyes. Fangs. Hissing. Pits open along the lips to reveal the world in infrared. "Sss-sss-ssss..." The large tail thwacks down on the ground, "- Ssssoftssskinssss.." Then his head turns back, and Karr'roga begins to move forward. Stepping on the dead and dying alike.

[Borgol the Hutt]

Street justice is often swift and brutal when it happens. The Hutt Cartel's justice is that of the streets, but also business. When the speeder trucks come to a halt and their loading ramps drop, the hired fist of the Hutt Cartel - or even their true believer members - disgorge from within the compartment into the dripping wetness from the levels above and into the reeking stench of the lower levels. Blaster fire fills the air, lancing in two opposing directions. In some cases the agents - temporary or otherwise - of the Hutt Cartel surge into cover or deeper into the darkness of the alley in pursuit of their prey. Screams of terror, pain, and dismay rise up from those who are struck; whether by the blows of crystal or durasteel or the hot kiss of blaster fire into their bodies. Those injured shout, "They're here! They're here!!" hoping to earn themselves some measure of rescue from whomever it is they seek to notify of the Hutt Cartel's deadly arrival.

A pair of the injured turn on their attackers, while the third keeps running. The one injured by Karr'roga and Trip respectively turn to face their attacks. One looks on with outright fear filling their Gran eyes. The other looks on at Trip with a look of startled disbelief as the human attempts to raise their blaster to fire at the Kushiban.

From deeper within the darkness of the alley shouts can be heard, though no movement may be seen as of yet.

[Snogrutt]

Snogrutt thunders down the alley towards the fleeing raiders. He doesn't break stride as he jogs, huffing and puffing, trying to reach the door to which everyone (friendlies included) are running. The Gamorrean looks on anger as Trip and Karr'roga get into the fight first. "agyrh! agyrh! agyrh!" he wails, swinging at the nearest thug as he waddles past, looking more than a little out of breath as he continues on towards the door. "tearh noosaazutie as ghevaethie!" he bellows, sucking down air as he moves down the alley, eager to reach the door and, hopefully, more opponents. [Language: Gamorrean]

[Teela Kloo]

They chose their path of most resistance. Teela gave them the chance to throw down arms and Kael offered them a second, now there's nothing to it but to fight until they see the error of their ways. She twists off the wall and moves closer, ducking behind a durasteel trash bin for cover. One of the Gangsters begins to shout that they're here and turns to run towards the doors only for a blaster to score between his shoulders! He falls and skids across the filth covered floor in a lifeless heap. <<"This doesn't have to be painful.">> Head checked to the side to look at the turned over blaster to calculate blaster chargers, 47 chargers. She smirks behind her helmet, <<"We can actually do this all night. I don't think you can.">>

[Amal Jha]

Amal had indeed closed the distance, and the alley and the gunfire, added to knife and sword work had thinned the heard and made a few stupid enough to stay and fight. Seeing that there were still two down, but not out, Amal pushed forward, coming out from behind whatever cover she had ducked behind so as not to end up shot in the back by her own people. The crimson light of plasma arcing lit up the white of bodyglove and duster as she drove into the two remaining Gand, cutting down one and then the other. A flick of her wrist cleared whatever blood might remain on her blade and she canted a head in the Barabel's direction, "What do you eyes see, Son of Barab?" She might not be familiar with most of the species and people here, but the saurian's heat vision was, well, part of the package.

[Trip]

Trip's Kushiban eyes render what would be hidden by the darkness. Narrowing down, the Captain sees an entrenched gun position, and a crew already manning the pre-assembled E-Web. "EEEEEEEEEE-WEBBB! YOU, BARABEL.." Trip yells, tripping and slipping on some trash in the alleyway. "THROW ME TOWARD THE DARKNESS!"

A second later, the men behind the entrenched weapon hear a distant, "aaaaaaaaa.." and as it grows closer, it also raises in volume.

"...aaaAAASSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Trip hits the gunner head on, sixty pounds of solid armor pushes the man off the gun and crushes him against the wall with a sickening crunch. For good measure, the lagomorph plunges the length of his weapon into their throat, sawing across with use of its serrated edge. He attempts to cut deeper, knowing he has not hit the arteries, but even in his second attempt, the knife wound is yet superficial. "BLOOD SHALL FLOW, FOOL! HAVE AT YOU!" Screams Trip, though to the others, it were only darkness.

[Kaavenn]

Scream and run, so many always scream and run. Kaavenn is almost always mildly surprised at this. At the moment he's more surprised at the Gamorrean squealing and bellowing attempting some sort of speed waddle with difficulty as Kaavenn mutters. <"Why do they always skip leg day?"> Teela attempts to reason with the gangsters, and there a snort at the smirk he hears in it. Amal gets the Shistavanen's full attention for the time being, more her Chain-Whip at work. Trip goes flying for full Kushiban-Blender mode, which makes finding a target ahead in the gloom far more easier for Kaavenn's hunting eyes.

Kaav's new position gives him a good vantage for down that alleyway. E-Web, that is a bad day. His first movement is to take some cover. The second is much more fluid and instinctual. The sniper rifle lines up, both his eyes remain open initially. Then the left closes briefly allowing the overlay to confirm what he already knew. Another thug dies a rapid death from the blast of the EZ-Snap. At least it's not the incendiary ammunition in this one.

[Borgol the Hutt]

The call that an E-Web lay hidden deep, deep within the alleyway rises up from Trip. Through the assistance of the Barabel, Karr'roga, Trip is sent sailing further down the alleyway. Somewhere down there the wet sound of a blade and a body meeting can be heard, followed by the screeched shout from a humanoid of, "AUGH! GET IT OFF ME! GET IT OFF ME! GET IT OFF ME!" tinged by the obvious sound of pain bleeding into their panicked shouts. A single lance of energy from Kaavenn's rifle illuminates the alleyway as it travels, until it strikes a target reaching to grab-and-throw Trip away from the Kushiban's latest victim.

This leaves the third individual who is currently holding a blaster pistol in a two-handed grip, trying to steady shot Trip. All while being obviously fearful of striking their compatriot. Then the thug seems to think better of it and attempts to simply utilize their blaster pistol to club at Trip while he's putting in work on the Cartel's behalf. The thugs attempt at bludgeoning Trip fails. What he does not fail at is accidentally pulling the trigger of his pistol in the midst of attempting to bludgeon Trip. Which subsequently crater's his comrades face in with a blaster bolt.

As more of the Cartel's hired guns begin to flood into the alleyway, it's darkness begins to fade. Shutters begin to open on second and third story windows. Behind those shutters are gang members who begin thrusting the barrels of pistols and rifles out, aiming them down and into the alley in a bid to start pouring fire from above at the Cartel's muscle.

[Snogrutt]

Snogrutt continues on down the alley, grunting as he absorbs a shot from above. It hits him right in the shoulder, luckily not a critical hit but it stings, A LOT! And now Snogrutt starts getting mad, Gamorreans find blasters to be entirely dishonorable, "yn!" he bellows, the greenskin in him coming out as he lunges at the door, putting all his weight into it to crumple it and push it inwards. The big pig lands atop it with a grunt, rolling to the side and, hopefully, somewhere into cover, body-breaching is a Gamorrean favorite. [Language: Gamorrean]

[Teela Kloo]

Teela takes a bit more cover behind the durasteel bin and shifts to night-vision in her HUD. Everything takes on a flat green, looking back down the alleyway where she can just make out Trip stabbing some homie in the neck with a knife... and also an E-Web. The one he'd shouted about. <<"Oh tha...">> When shutters open on the buildings all around them, however, <<"Gunmen above us!">> She raises her blaster and hits the wall beside one, then puts a bolt right through his face with the second. His head jerks back and then falls forward. The weigh slumps him over the lip of the window and tumbles him down into the alley where he smashes like a lifeless heap in the trash of Nar Shaddaa.

[Amal Jha]

The problem with moving out of cover was that it made you a perfect target when the the trap was sprung, as it was now, with the gangsters throwing back the window covers and opening fire. A particularly nasty blaster bolt hit Amal in the left arm, but that was fine, mostly, as she simply switched the weapon from her left to right hand, and continued on, breaking east to try to get into one of the buildings. She did not find the way unimpeded as she was soon in the middle of it with one of the gangsters on the stairs who did not want to go down. The pain of the injury didn't help either.

[Trip]

"OOOOOHHHH," Complains Trip like some offended space gangster as a shot impacts his protective armor and leaves a nasty-looking scoring of carbon on his left arm. Committed to his assault, his weapon switches paws, and he slides the knife up through the chin and into the head. If matters weren't in favor of conferring death at that point, Trip continued by withdrawing his blade, then sliding it through their eye.

He rode the giant to the ground, spilling across the ground in a graceful tumble and into cover. "I FIND THIS THOUGHTFUL!" Trip yells over the incoming fire. "THEY ARE NOT EVEN BOTHERED WITH AIMING! WHAT SORT OF GANGSTERS ARE THESE?" Trip looks for a way up, but seems content to be stationary for now, turning his gaze toward the one named 'Sand Viper'.

[Kael Greystorm]

Kael's coming down the alley and at the announcement of shooters above and he snaps his LL-30 up and fires up two shots to one in a window to the right side then his Sentinel IV comes up and fires a single blast as he continues walking down towards the stairs, "Once again pups. Surrender is an option." Followed by the thumps of the two bodies falling out of their windows.

[Kaavenn]

It really took a half second to process what just happened down that alleyway. A thug screaming about the face hugging murderous tiny critter, and his 'friend' attempting to 'help' by blasting him in the face. Kaav just blinks at this new reality for a moment. He thought times with Shadowport got weird. Snogrutt the battering ram gives all those thugs a new problem to consider, loudly too. Kaavenn nods and grunts appreciation for such an unconventional tactic. Teela adds to the misery and deletes another target for him. Kael becomes a flurry of blaster fire. Dual pistols though, so uncivilized. Amal has a run of bad luck, and Kaavenn shifts his scope over her general area just in case. He's fascinated by the chain-whip, he cannot ask about it if she gets ventilated. Surrender is asked about, and Kaav's own opinion on that is a snap shot at a third story window to give someone a very close shave. The helmet-vox is disengaged for some Shistavanen muttering.

[Seren]

Seren had every intention of taking out one of those gangsters, yet somehow all she managed to do was blast holes into the area around the individual at which she shot. Surely it was /really/ just part of some more cunning plan that she absolutely was not going to share with anyone. Yeah, that's it...Still, when at first you don't succeed! Try, try again.

[Borgol the Hutt]

The fighting intensifies! The blaster fire from above continues, but with the Cartel's hired muscle no longer being surprised by the sudden appearance of a fair few more blaster rifle barrels? They've become a far more difficult group to strike at. The one with Amal in the stairwell seems to have not expected the pale Sister to appear so suddenly and fumbles his weapon out of his hands with shock. He does at least have the good sense to try shoving Amal Jha so that he may create distance, turn, and rush away up the stairs. Unfortunately his shove fails and he's left to suffer her wrath.

Teela receives a blaster from one of the rifles, but overall the Cartel's people - temporarily contracted or otherwise - suffer far less in the last few moments.

[Snogrutt]

Snogrutt peers up down the hallway, grunting his annoyance at not finding anyone to cleave. "aghooz. agyrh as zephaarhaz ghevaethie sas?" he shakes his head as he rises up. He's not in a particular hurry, the stairs are just ahead and there is plenty of shooting going on outside. Figuring everyone'll be distracted, the Gamorrean starts trundling down the hallway, still nursing that shot to the shoulder as he begins climbing the stairs. "ij, aghaaw!" he whines, that cardio really not doing wonders for the pig as he wheezes his way to the second floor.

Aha! "rephiku as!" he roars as he arrives on the second floor and finds one thug shooting down at the crowd. The Gamorrean raises his axe to swing at the creature, missing by a hair as he grunts in pain, that arm hurts! "sigh heliezies agaame aapophet oomapijyf ha tireselaa ghiethivoow heazem tood." he grunts, trying to bring his heavy axe back around to defend himself with. [Language: Gamorrean]

[Teela Kloo]

<<"What they lack in brains, they make up for in being useless">> Teela shouts back at Trip from her crouched position behind cover. The blaster in her hand reverses in her grip and slides down into her holster, <<"I feel bad for them. I'm going to use a different gun.">> The ballistic pistol in a cross-draw holster pulls free in a smooth action, the hammer cocks back with a roll of her thumb.

She steps out of cover and that proves pretty poor timing since there was a whole group of gangsters who hadn't realized "OH SHIVAT There's a Mandalorian!" at her... Three of them turn their blasters and fire at the tanned armored, sending duracrete spraying around her... Except one, it hits her in the shoulder and jerks her back. The armor eats most of it.. which is a good thing for her.

It is not a good thing for the one who shoot her though.

When her ballistic pistol fires it echos through the alleyway *BANG BANG BANG* the first two riddle him up. One right through the shoulder sprays blood all over the wall, the second.. Well he's going to have a closed casket funeral.

He hits the ground with a wet *THUD*, oozing blood out from the sizable holes in his person. <<"Haa'taylir ni!">>

[Amal Jha]

Amal was not angry. Amal never got angry. She simply found herself deeply determined to show her opponent the error of their ways. When the gangster trying to stop her passage up the stairs tried to give her a shove, Amal deftly avoiding it, sidestepping to save herself the possibility of having her momentum send her down the stairs once again. She did allow the gangster to turn and try to run though, before she flicked her wrist, the rapier slithering into its whip form, as she snapped it out to wrap around the gand's neck, a yank of her hand separating the now former gangster's head from his shoulders. The smell was bad, but then, this was an alley on Nar Shaddaa, the smell of burned flesh, blood and bone might sweeten up the place. She continue up, jump stepping over the body on her way to the second floor.

[Trip]

"ALAS, IF THEY HAD BRAINS, ONE WOULD THINK THEY MIGHT HAVE RUN BY NOW!" Banters back Trip, who peers up after fire rains down around them. He attempts to climb up, but the gutter disconnects and he falls back down. A second attempt is made in the form of a mechanically assisted jump, thanks to the POWER armor Trip is wearing. The lagomorph lands upon the sill of one such brainless FOOL and immediately slashes their wrist with a loud, "HA! HAVE AT YOU!"

He cuts again, but the wounds are merely flesh, and superficial. But Trip is determined to change that when he lunges, screaming, "AHHHHHHHH!"

[Kael Greystorm]

Kael just sighs. For him it really is disappointment. He snaps off a shot hitting near the window then adjusts fires again and hears the yelp of pain from the thug inside, "Told you... You can always throw down your weapons and surrender." Then the Sentinel IV comes up and barks off another shot sending chunks of the wall flying from the impact, "Really I'm not mad that you're refusing to surrender. I'm just disappointed in you lot."

[Kaavenn]

There's the appearance of another Mandalorian, this one in Doomseeker armor from the other speeder truck. Kaavenn cannot help himself, flashing off a fang filled grin and wink. <"How're you doing?"> Then it's back to business. After a moment's consideration. Finally Kaavenn broadcasts dryly on what should have been a shared op frequency before this all kicked off. <<"Can someone tell it to speak Basic, or translate? All I hear is food sounds.">> Kaavenn is referring to Snogrutt as both someone he cannot understand, and would possibly eat in the same sentence. Teela's dagger speaks loudly, Kaavenn has lost sight of Amal finally. They can talk shop later. Trip is tripping. Kaavenn scans about first with his own eyes, and then focuses through the scope. The targeting overlay coms to life once more and he fires off a better shot this time, ending the gangster's existence.

[Seren]

There is a smug look of satisfaction upon Seren's face, not that anyone can see it, what with her wearing a helmet. That is okay, though! Her helmet might strike some as smug. Or perhaps fear-inducing? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, after all. <"I'm doing."> Comes Seren's reply. It might sound dry, but in reality, she was being quite coquettish.

[Borgol the Hutt]

The fire from the second and third story windows had been rather overwhelming for a brief moment. Then the response from the Hutt Cartel and its agents, official or otherwise, comes. There's a lot of screams and shouts, whether of battle or panic. Bodies fall from windows, heralded by the final screams of the people who own those bodies until they crumple to the ground. A few well placed shots and stabs from the various agents of the Hutt Cartel see the systematic disposal of enemy combatants. At the peak of the fighting becoming its bloodiest, a shout can be heard issuing into the alleyway as one of the doors that lead from a structure into the alleyway opens and a Houk squeezes through that doorway to roughly shout into the cacophany of noise that is the ever evolving battle, "Okay! OKAY! We surrender! WE SURRENDER! Take me to Borgol, but let my crew live!"

The Houk's hands are held high above his head and he is seemingly unarmed.

That call for surrender is even met by those defenders in the second floor windows attempting to drop their weapons and cower away from their attackers. Except the one that Trip's stabbed. That one just sort of folds in on himself, clutching at his wounds. He cries a little, too.

[Snogrutt]

Snogrutt is caught up in the bloodlust, and the FUN! He's not even gotten to hit anything yet! "sosedo! oomapijyf! de! oomapijyf fufurh adorh, tearh fufurh oomapijyf! aafiehafas hoofooph hoofooph!" he raises his axe to connect with the thug infront of him. It's a pretty meaty hit, sending the ruffian flailing a little. But the Gamorrean doesn't follow it up as he hears further pleading. "wif oodimoo rhu lae ghevaethie ootooz yphoof, sat?" he grunts, snorting in derision as his opponent hurls his weapon out the window and retreats back, clearly giving up.

The Gamorrean's head appears in the window, peering down at the alley, "awofiku tearh hi ihirheph ootooz?" [Language: Gamorrean]

[Teela Kloo]

The Mandalorian turns her helmet to regrade the place on her shoulder where the blaster scored a hit, there's chared durasteel and perhaps a bit of exposed flesh where it cut through the undersuit beneath the protected shell. The remaining combatants are all otherwise engaged, so she releases the hammer on her slugthrower pistol with a soft pull and forward motion of her thumb. It reverses in her grip and slides into the crows-holster, left arm tucked up close to her side.

Her helmet shifts around, peering at the gangsters laying bleeding, dead, or out right vaporized by sniper fire. <<"I respect them for dying to the last.">> She admits, pushing one of the gangsters over with the steel capped toe to see how he's fairing. The verdict is not well... But someone calls out to her.

And to Kaavenn's question, she turns, <<"Had worse.. Good shooting.">> Thumbs up to the sniper.

When the Houk appears with his hands up... her foot comes off the gangsters throat. There's a rush of oxygen and several gasps. Her hand sits on the blaster on her left leg, suddenly looking pointedly towards the Houk, <<"When we told you we were here on behalf of his Lordship Borgol the Hutt and that you had a chance to surrender, where was your concern for your men? You've thrown them into a meat grinder.. against a HUTT... for a strip o fland you couldn't control. Now they're dead. And you request clemency?">> her hand draws her blaster and lights up every part of the wall around him EXCEPT Grim Hariguun.

<<"On behalf of His Highness Borgol the Hutt, your request is denied.">>

[Amal Jha]

Amal, pausing as she came up to the top of the stairs, canted her head, listening for the sound of movement on the floor. She heard the sound of a bellowing voice offering themselves for the safety of his men. As Amal came to the open doorway and the rifleman now hiding there, "I believe your boss misunderstands how one deals with Borgol the Hutt." She advanced into the room, the whip snapping out as she carved her dissatisfaction with the gang into the gangster's flesh. "Bend the knee, one way or the other." And then she'd turn to clear the rest of the building, before heading back down to the alley.

[Trip]

Trip takes pity on the poor soul suffering his wrath and stays his blade to allow the foeman to fall, his life spared. Turning from his position, Trip spots a much large foe below, and moves in order to join the Mandalorian in glorious combat. He is quick to step off the window sill, to the awning, then hit the ground. When he joins the Mando'ade in battle though, his sword (knife) has no effect on the foeman's battle armor. "THIS ONE'S HIDE IS TOUGH!" Trip laments aloud, fighting in solidarity regardless.

[Kael Greystorm]

Kael just raises his pistol as the others plop shots or try to stab the leader, "Good you came out. Makes this part easier." The LL-30 barks two solid shots the first impacting the Houk, the second hitting behind him as Kael's left hand comes up and the Sentinel IV's blaster bolt speeds off impacting the little gang's leader, "Consider this your termination letter. Your services are no longer required by the Hutts." Pistols holstered as he turns to begin walking off as the thud of Grimm's body impacting the ground can be heard as Kael begins the trek back towards the speeders.

[ Kaavenn (kv)]

And that as they say, is that. Personally he would have just finished them all off. But he's not the one up close and personal at the minute. Then again, there's always the Hutt sending Kaavenn after them all at a later time and date to finalize a permanent retirement plan. Kaavenn is good with this potential. He takes a moment to reload his sniper rifle. He'll break it down later to check on the barrel wear and tear.
