Mee is a local. Born and raised in the Hutt District. His father got killed a couple days after arriving on Nar Shaddaa. His mother is a slave of the Hutt Lords. Mee had to take care of himself since the very begining and, eventually, became a very good mechanic and worked at one of the many illegal Cartel's garages disasembling the varios ship, speeders and other vehicles stolen by the thieves of the Cartel while secretly gathering parts to his own, secret project. A space vessel so he and his mother could escape.
One day, though, something gone very wrong and an explosion destroyed his secret project and left him with one arm less. The Hutt Lord casted him away with nothing besides the clothes he was wearing at that point. Bleeding, hungry and totally hopeless, Mee wandered around the streets until being hunted down by the Yume twins. Suoh took him as his own pet project and now the mechanic has a life dept to the heads of the Shadow Syndicate.
