WANTED Alive: Domino Greystorm

OOC Date: April 21, 2020
Location: Location Changes
Participants: Zee'Roh Kora, Domino Graystorm, Kasia Ashkuri, Ax, Sesti Greystorm, Jax Greystorm, Sumi Kora

Domino has done a fair job disguising herself, a short cropped wig of steely gray hair, hunched posture, coveralls too big over her slender frame making the makeup and dusting of talk and specs of ink make an excellent mimicry of age spots that come together to make a damn convincing image of an elderly woman. She currently is at one of the many rickedy kiosks arguing over the price of wares and shaking a frail fist.

Sumi Kora is sitting at an outdoor vendor, sprawled lazily in a chair watching as a group of street urchins bet on a rodent fight in an enclosed pothole like 'arena'. The kids cheer on, and people pass by, while Sumi yawns and hooks an arm on the chair beside her. She glances from the fight to her surroundings from time to time, but it's clear by her body expression that she's casually uninterested. <"Zee,"> She says casually. <"These things are so violent.. the little rodents. Makes you think how they caught them without catching every disease on the moon.. haha..">

Zee'Roh is beneath an all-weather cloak at a stall, leaning forward on her forearms over a bowl of steamed noodles and what substitutes for vegetables on the smugglers moon. She doesn't trust the meat products, even for her artificial digestive system... especially not for it. She knows what that taste is and she's not okay with putting it in her body. <<"Because biological children are incapable of destruction like lower level wereroaches... almost as big.. and from the looks of them-">> Seen through the antenna elevated over her left shoulder where Zero (her seeker droid) is scanning the area around them, <<"-Already a vector for most known diseases anyways.">>

It's a lovely day in Ko Hentota with the usual air quality warnings for those with... you know, lungs that breathe oxygen, which means when Kasia steps out of the ammo store with a slightly heavier than normal bag on one shoulder, she has a rebreather settled over her nose and mouth to help purify the air. It's honestly the cheering children and rodent fights that catch her attention first, doing a quick scan of the people cheering. It's not that she thinks Hex is going to be there, but she wouldn't be surprised to find him there cheering on a small rodent fighting pit. Her gaze lifts, and that's how she spots Sumi, slow steps moving her away from the ammo shop toward the vendor where Sumi and Zee relax.

Domino leans forward and gets in the FalLeen's face to screetch her indignation at the prices "Ain't worth quarter of the price you oversized sand-turd!" while she's squawking one hand knicks something small and stuffs it in her bag as she turns and shuffles away, "I saw that! Hey! Hey! PAY for that woman!" the Falleen vendor demands chasing after Domino as she hastily shuffle-trots away.

Sumi is bobbing her head to an unheard beat, well unheard until one stepped closer to the vendor and heard the dinky jingle jangle tones of what passed for street vendor music. The alien behind the counter didn't even have wares to speak of. He was an old thing, with a tremendous beard, massive ears, and was asleep. His sign was in Huttese, loosely translated to 'Political Favors', and by what trade or context was up in the air.

Sumi glanced down at the kids when a loud squeaking noise led to a victorious kill of one rodent, the victor tearing it to shreds with nasty disease-y looking claws. The violence made Sumi laugh a hearty laugh, and her head tipped back to shake. <"You are not wrong, Zee. I don't think I've seen the wereroaches though. Generally, I hate bugs. Even the smallest is a no-go for me. I pop smoke and dip out.">

She missed the call of alarm from a vendor nearby. Thieves were common here and normally, the shots were followed by the discharge of blasters. Sumi /did/ notice a particularly out-of-place beauty walking toward her with a heavy looking snack(?) bag. Ah, Kasia Ashkuri. Sumi Kora wondered idly how many men, or women for that matter, prayed for such a sight as this; a woman of elegant beauty (despite her breathing apparatus ((HOT))) to be walking toward them.

Sumi preened a bit, straightening her armor.

<"Mrs. Ashkuri, what a pleasant and welcomed surprise."> Sumi bids.

Kasia may have noticed by the reflection on Sumi's silver T-visor, the commotion unfolding behind her (if she'd not heard it already.) Sumi on the other hand? Tunnel vision. Temporarily, of course.

Zee'Roh grunts at the acknowledgement, not really bothering to eat her food because she's wearing a helmet and all, but leaning over it as if she's strongly considering the prospects. Her attention is everywhere, though. That's the nature of the beast with her. She's never just doing one thing, always observing.. always listening.. and if rumors hold true? Linked into every security system.

A girl has a reputation.

<<"Kasia's here?">>

Glancing up and around to bodily look in the elegant beauties direction. Switching over to external comms, <"Kasia. I bought you soup."> Holding out the bowl, still steaming, but untouched. Sensors picking up the commotion further away with only a slight air of interest as the rickety old woman dodges through commuter traffic.

So far, Dominos disguise is holding.

Blinded by adoration.

Kasia is, in fact, a sight to behold, especially in places such as these where primping is uncommon. Her hair is half up today, braided back from her face to the back of her head where it then falls loose in stylishly tussled curls to about the middle of her back. Her dress is a vibrant shade of blue with little blips of color along the hem, neckline and cuff in the form of embroidered flowers. She has some jewelry, though not as much as she might normally, because this is Ko Hentota and she isn't that crazy.

Upon notice, once she's near, the quality of the air is risked as she lifts up the mask and smiles at both Sumi, and Zee. "Ladies, it's nice to see you both." Soup is being presented, and she adjusts her bag slightly to hold her hands out and accept the unexpected gift, looking down at the bowl then back up again. "Thank you, that's very kind of you."

A moment is spent surveying the area for a place to settle down and eat -- or pretend to eat, because street food is scary here and she has to decide how brave she is first -- which is what puts her into Domino's path. Is it on purpose? Unintentional? A slick move to get out of eating the food she was given? Who is to say. What is certain is that she's turned so that she's in Domino's path and that could lead to a collision.

Domino is stuffing her ill-gotten gains in a pocket and turning her head back to see how aggressively the Falleen is chasing-which means she doesn't spot Kasia until it's too late and crashes into Kasia with a grunt and a series of rather rude cussing in Huttese as she stumbles several steps to avoid faceplanting-revealing herself far more agile than an elderly woman rightfully out to be, "Damnit, beautiful, mind your step!" a familiar voice grumps.

Sumi was about to offer her seat, and had shoo'd the urchins away to go play in the trash strewn alley where small pits of garbage fires were lit for warmth. When Sumi turned back, it was to look at Zee jealously because she'd had the forethought to buy a gift ahead of time. THAT BI-- Kasia is run through.

Without much thought to the matter, Sumi caught the taller woman and fell back into her seat with a grunt. She had to pay for this kind of attention at Twi'Lick. <"Oof! What the rekk was that?!"> Sumi said, noodles plastered on her beskar helmet and looped around the feline ear shaped antennas stationed atop.

In Zee'Roh's defense, she was definitely going to let Kasia bust her ass. So Sumi wins the most chivalrous award... but it has nothing to do with Zee's particular inclinations towards damsels in distress.. Far from it. It's because her attention snapped elsewhere when the woman who ran into Kasia comes into view of Zero's scanners and a small pop up window shows her a telescope view of the ladies face.

The intricacies of her expression standing out in stark relief, picked apart, and deciphered like an encryption... Until recognition illuminates across her positronic brain and her hand is dropping down upon the heavy weapon slung against her left hip, right hand dropping across her waist as she pushes off the stool she'd been seated on.. not yet yanking the net launcher free, but clearly attempting to grab hold of Domino's oversized coverall covered shoulder.

You would have thought Kasia would have had the sense to look before she stepped out into 'traffic', but alas she did not. Which means that all at once she's run right into. She sees it oncoming just a hair before it happens, and manages to get so far as the 'WA' for watch out when Old-Lady-Domino runs right into her, causing two things to happen. The bowl of soup and noodles is flung right into her face, not only leaving behind pinkish patches where the warm broth splattered, and strands of noodles dangling from her hair and shoulders and... everywhere. Not only that, no, but it also gets her makeup wet, and causes some of it to run, leaving little trickles of makeup tragedy running down her face as she staggers back into Sumi.

The 'WA' morphed into a AAAAA of alarm, but she finds herself held up by the Mandalorian woman, and the wail of alarm dies in her throat, blinking a noodle off soggy lashes. "What in the kriff--" she begins, but then it registers that the voice is familiar and she pauses, eyes narrowing to try and see the face of the older woman who just stone cold (unintentionally) tackled her. Trying to, anyway, broth and mascara in your eyes does tend to impede vision. "Sorry," she says, first to Domino, then adds, "Sorry Sumi."

Domino yelps and tries to throw an elbow and twist away from Zee "HelpHelp! Brigands!" Surely she knows this won't even break the ambiant din in THIS district but perhaps she's just trying to keep in character. What IS clear is that Domino is going NOWHERE.

<"It's quite fine. I believe you to be the recipient of most---of -- the.. yeah. Rekk me.."> Sumi says after pulling herself away from Kasia to step around her to get a better look. Kasia had morphed from a stunning beauty, to being a noodle wearing wereroach! Okay, not nearly /that/ bad, but she was in a bad way. She searches the tables for napkins, missing some on the first, but finding them on the second.. <"Here... take../all/ of these. Fix yourself up...">

Then it occurred to Sumi that she had not heard from Zee. A look over her shoulder revealed a brief altercation where it became glaringly apparent that Domino was not getting away. Seeing Zee'Roh in battle stance triggered Sumi to take her own, and her arms emerged from the confines of her cape brandishing the massive Z6 Riot control baton. A twist and spin to prime the weapon generates a nasty electric field that GROWLS, arcing with energy hungry for someone to touch it.

<"GET. BACK."> She says to a small crowd of onlookers. <"Guild business.."> She declares, noodles still hanging off her helmet. Back to back with Zee, Sumi glances over her shoulder. <<"Who did you find?">>

Zee'Roh takes the hit across her pauldron, turning her shoulder so the thick durosteel with the branded handprint absorbs Domino's attempt to dislodge from the vicelike grip of a gauntlet closed in on the womans oversized coveralls. Her right hand yanks the blaster free from her left hip and shoves the oversized barrel directly against the disguised fugitives ribs.

<"At a distance this can render you a convulsive, jerky mess of released bowels and urine, but at close range?"> accentuating the point by pushing the rounded barrel in hard enough that it's felt, <"It would eject at a velocity strong enough to snap your bottom three ribs and completely seperate the floating fifth like a jagged knife towards your lung... have you ever had a pneumothorax? A punctured lung? It feels like you are drowning as your lung decompresses inside your body as air-pressure between the internal lung and chest cavity alters... Suffice to say, it will kriffing hurt.. a lot..">

Her helmet tilts, <<"Domino "Peaches" Greystorm.">> Over clan comms.

<<"That or her grandmother.">>

<<"Or really old mom.">>

Kasia 'Wereroach' Ashkuri straightens and begins the process of plucking noddles off her front -- a few plucked from her cleavage -- and out of her hair. She finds napkins thrust at her and accepts them, looking streakily alarmed at the amount. She must look BAD. She steps to the side to leave the Mandalorian to their business, discreetly pulls a mirror from her bag, along with a few noodles, and sets to work trying to wipe away the streaks of makeup off of her face. No one look at her, she's a MONSTER!

Domino yelps and grimaces, "Okay, okay! Don't hurt me!" she wheezes in her best approximation of elderly alarm "Take my valuables, I won't fight!" she squeezes her eyes shut and quakes in fear with a pitiful whimper.

<"Oh."> Sumi says aloud, nodding her head. Then it dawned on her a second later and she nodded more, the noodles swaying back and forth over the spot where her ears would be. <"OHHHH. Business face."> A switch flipped mentally within Sumi's psyche as she turned to look at the old lady screaming. It was convincing, but Sumi was often pretty dense. It took scenarios and cues for her to recognize that a certain response was needed. Even though Sumi was NOT convinced the screaming old hag was Domino; Zee'Roh said she was one of three people, and Sumi trusted Zee'Roh's judgement without hesitation.

The Z6 stun baton was turned off then, hooked along her lower back once it collapsed to a manageable size. Nothing punctuated the word business like a DL-44 heavy blaster priming up after being cross-drawn from a drop-leg worn leather holster and switched to kill. A small red contrail angled skyward from the blaster's custom sight, and the high-pitched whine told anyone within ten meters, that it'd be a bad decision to help this old hag for any reason.

<"Search her and restrain her, Zee. We can haul her to the New Republic.-- Kasia, you up for a trip?"> A cursory glance back at the ogre--Kasia to see how she was fairing. Poor thing.

<"Shhh..."> Zee says to Domino, letting a net launch from the oversized barrel right into the woman's flank, gently guiding her down to the ground when the volts run through her... but without all that rib cracking that she threatened because... well she is a brutal, brute of a woman, but she's not a sadist, okay yes she is.

Once down on the ground, she grips a pair of restraints, ready to lock wrists behind her back so she can appropriately search for any hidden weapons Old Ass Dom might be sporting... if she gets a little handsy, it's because she knows how bounties get with hiding things in places they don't think people will check.

Zee'Roh will.

She just did.

Her helmet angles out, glancing around at the bystanders who, by now, are watching a group of Mandalorians apparently manhandling some old woman. <"She's all bundled up.">

Kasia isn't quite ogre state, and were she less splotchy and streaky, she'd still look nice if somewhat less polished, but this is definitely not her best look. "A trip?" she glances up from the little mirror in her hand. "Oh-- uh, normally I would, but I need to go change," and reapply her face, "And probably shower all of these noodles out of my hair, and... other places. Keep me up with how this goes, though, yeah?" she requests, still not aware that it's Domino in that disguise. "Stay safe, and good luck!" And with that she backs away, hiding her horribly damaged makeup as she flees like the Phantom of the Undercity, only lacking a cape and appropriately cool half-mask.

Domino siiighs and gives up, "Foooine. IF I go peacefully can we forgo restraints? Pretty please? We all agree you will shoot me in my face if I'm trouble and we all agree I'm allergic to pain, so...how about I just go and you don't restrain me so I can make myself presentable for my date with the republic? While one of you watches to make sure I don't do something stupid. I'm vain not stupid." A pause and she siighs,"Aaaaaand I'll let Kasia raid my makeup back to make herself presentable as an added bonus. Fair?" she hrrrms "Oh, how much is the bounty on me? How insulted should I be?"

Meanwhile once Zee has her hands full with searching Domino a tall human in what is distinctly not guild armor levels a blaster at Sumi, "Now, now, ladies, I can't have someone be making off with this nice lil ol lady here..." Domino's head cranes, "Nope, nope, I'll go with you two -DO NOT LET HIM TAKE ME!" she grunts and tries to get off the ground, not so much fighting Sumi though surely that's inevitable consequence so much as trying to avoid this new menacing figure.

Domino has things hidden all over. Her jewlery-so much jewlery, tons of peircings, bracelets, necklaces, at least one anklet, and custom pockets ALL OVER stitched into hems and inside the seam of her bra, inside the elastic of her socks, false soles of her shoes-but Zee has a respectable pile of contraband. Lock picks, data chips, and even some detcord disguised as bracelets-it seems like there's no way this woman could be hiding anything else. Zee even got the gold wire Dom had neatly wound and hid along her back teeth for...reasons.

Sumi ended the man's sentence with a single shot through the center of his chest. The shock and sudden velocity of the bolt was only overshadowed by the sudden impact it made, shattering the plasteel he had used to encase his torso. The look on his face was not there long, because Sumi stepped forward and shot him in the head. The blaster bolt SMACKED and SNAPPED his head back suddenly, emerging out the back as a tapering flame that cast out a sudden cloud of pulverized pink mist. She fired a third shot, hoping to make it two to the head, but the bolt missed and pocked up the pavement with a shower of sparks just as the man's body fell. <"I said stand back."> Echoes the Mandalorian in a cold as ice voice, her blaster still steaming from the barrel but her point made.

<"Zee, you good to haul her out of here? I'll be right behind you."> A cursory glance to Dom, and Sumi tilted her head. <"Hope you know; it's only business. The sum of thirty thousand was issued for your capture alive. Hardly worth it, in my opinion. Your left sock costs that much, I imagine.">

Sumi's left hand ejects a small lever device from her wrist. It's the control for her jetpack.

Aside from the quiet scoff, Zee doesn't even acknowledge the big fella coming up to them demanding they release Domino to his care. She knows Sumi's got it and trusts her Alor explicitly to handle the situation even before the sharp snap of a trio of blaster bolts kills him deader than the Empire.

<"Oops."> Is her only response to his hitting the ground near her with two holes in his body still cooling. <"Talk shit, get hit."> Grabbing Dom by the scruff of her neck once she's disarmed her of the contraband pile which she's only marginally interested in. <"Get up. Once we get paid, we'll probably help you escape, so don't make this overly difficult and I wont make it overly painful."> Following Sumi's lead with a nod, ready to throw Dom over her shoulder as the controls to her own Jet Pack jerks out from her left gauntlet into her palm. <<"Lady Fae, we're on our way with a bounty.. could you cook the engines on the Supernova? You beautiful, darling thing you.">>

Domino gasps and her eyes widen, "Thirty grand? Thirty. Grand?! Cheap bastards! You should tell them to stuff it. I'm worth at LEAST double! Seriously though, can we TALK about these restraints? Please? I promise to be good, I just want to face my end with dignity." She rolls her eyes "Trust me if I hadn't planned for this I'd not be on Nar. How about you just let me clean up under the watchful gaze of a chaperone? This is NOT a flattering look on me."

<"You can clean up on the Supernova. We'll even watch you."> Sumi says, a smile on the tone of her voice as the dust arround her began to billow up suddenly. A glance over at Zee, and Sumi nods. A weathered kick off the ground and Sumi takes flight, shooting into the sky like a bullet and holstering her blaster in the same fluid motion. <<"Haha, you should've seen the look on that guy's face. -- /You shot me??/">> She mocks. <<"Rekkin' right I did. You aimed your blaster at me, dumbass.">>

-- Aboard the Supernova --

As they land outside, Zee sets Domino down and leads her towards the ramp of the Nova with a gnetle hand laid against the back of her shoulders... but at least it's not the barrel of her blaster right? Inside the belly, she turns them and points her towards the cages. <"Your choices: You get in the cage where you can be as loud as you want... or you can stay here in the cargohold, out of the restraints, and be kriffing quiet... keeping in mind that the more annoying you are, the more annoyed I'll get.. and you do not want to annoy me.">

Domino looks at the cages and looks at Zee, "One, I could get out of those in three minute blindfolded-but I can offer suggestions when I'm NOT your bounty to remedy that. Two: I promise to be quiet if I'm allowed to be out of restraints and not get shot if I'm rummaging through my makeup bag. You can keep the datapad but don't connect it to anything or it WILL trash your electronics."

Sumi lands and immediately makes her way to the prepped craft where a beautiful Hapan woman waves from the control cabin canopy. Sumi gives a passing two-fingered salute as they get aboard and Zee issues her warning.

Once aboard, Sumi pulls her helmet free and shakes the noodles off the beskar, chuckling. "I doubt she'll give us much reason to shoot her. She's not a fan of pain. And while she knows what I can do, Zee's idea of pain far exceeds my own. So please, for all our sakes, Domino.. don't piss her off."

Sumi sits nearby, placing her helmet on a table and lighting a smoke.

<"One, that's what blasters are for. And two, no... it wont."> Trash her electronics. Zee'Roh has a better security system on this ship than anyone, ever, anywhere, period. At least by her own estimations, but when it comes to slicing, there are few people anywhere near as good as her.. and she is well aware of that fact.

The restraints release and a cold durasteel hand shoves gently at Domino's shoulders. <"If you recall, we did that song and dance once already and I doubled the security suite because of it. I told you, you get one..."> Moving to the massive table of weapons to start hanging items on small hooks. Nodding to Sumi, she doesn't reach to remove her helmet, prefering to keep her face hidden behind the cold durasteel lid... at least while around non-clan. <"Don't start none, wont be none.">

"Careful, Domino. Let's not piss Zee off. She doesn't differentiate between a challenge and a threat very well." Sumi says with some amusement. She brings her smoke up for a moment, sighing out a second later and pointing. "It only listed the New Republic, if memory serves. So who knows." She pulls the tray over and ashes into it. After a snort and lazy lean back, Sumi's brow hikes and she nods. "What's this about sixty kay, each?"

Zee is busy at the table, moving weapons from her kit to the wall and visa-versa. A different loadout depending on the engagement, right? Maybe she intends to plant bugs in the office of whomever they're going to meet. Not terribly outside the realm of possibility given who she is. At Sumi's advice to Dom, the Mandalorian Slicer grunts, but doesn't say anything. Mirroring the curiosity with a glance over her shoulder... Sixty Kay is a lot of ammunition. <"Could work out a new contract before we get there... make sure you leave the same way you arrived.. once we're paid."> Because seventy five credits each sure sounds better than fifteen.

Domino blinks and her eyes widen at Sumi and she nods, "Oh, stars. Yeah-thanks for the head's up, beautiful. Right. Nooot bating the sadist on board-got it." Her gaze Swivels to Zee, "OH. What I'd have offered to pay you both if I was worried about the new republic that woulda been my bribe. Thoough." She tilts her head and considers, "You know Kryll, right?" She looks to Zee, "Odds are I could see myself out once I get bored and I'm not certain an extraction is actually neccesary. To reiterate I'm not particularly concerned about whatever the Republic has planned for me. Also I'm saving up for a ship buuut maaaybe a contingency plan isn't the worst thing. Pretty sure once they realize Malik Ren's not coming for me I'll be pretty worthless to them."

"What kind of ship you in the market for?" Sumi asks, ashing the smoke again only to bring it up after and gently suck on the end. She glances toward Zee for a moment, then looks back at Domino. If Domino was bluffing or not, Sumi was none the wiser. Sumi does motion toward her own face as if to trigger Domino's own memory that she'd been freed to make herself look presentable. "What makes you think Ren won't?"

<"That's too bad."> Zee doesn't sound broken up about it, but it's hard to tell from the helmet mic. Once she's finished at the work station, she heads over to the bench where Sumi is smoking and drops down onto the otherside.. One leg lifting and arching over the edge of the small table with her heel hooked.

Domino slowly reaches for her makeup bag and dumps it out so they can see what she's reaching for and make them less jumpy, "Hey, Murder doll." She glances to Zee, "If I show you everything you missed will you let me keep it where it is? And no It's not anythinin my makeup bag." she promises gesturing and eyeing both mandos to make sure they're ok with her fondling her cosmetics. She tugs off her wig, and reaches down beginning to peel off what looks like a thin layer of latex off her upper chest, neck, and face, hissing and cussing a bit as it gets up towards her hairline, "Ow, ow, ow..." she grimaces and chucks it off with a unappettizing 'splot' beside her "Because Ren would sooner eliminate me himself than deviate from his current priorities. Oran angsted and worried about my safty but that is...not the dynamic of things anymore."

Domino's offer to Zee is a cautious offer to reveal a liar's secrets not a mockery or 'neener'. Dom has nothing but respect for her favorite professionals.

"What's changed? Lost that zeal in the bedroom?" Sumi asks, an amused look on her face. She glanced over at Zee casually, deferring to the Mando's preference and decision of what Dom could keep and couldn't. Sumi seemed interested in only smoking and chit-chatting.

From the control cabin, an accented voice calls out. <<"Nearly in system, ladies!">>

<"If you want... I'd prefer it if you didn't call me murder doll... and I wont call you 'fragile squishy bag of organic material loosely coagulated into a semi-useful form that can easily be rearranged if you ever kriffing refer to me as a /doll/ again'."> Zee says without raising her voice or even sounding particular upset.. Her foot remains elevated up on the edge of the the table and her visor fixed upon the thief, con-woman. A gauntlet extends out off her thigh, <"If it looks like it can fire a blaster, point it at the deck or I threat will be implied and violence will ensue."> Fair warnings.

Domino gives Sumi a flat look. She doesn't find the topic amusing "In case you notice he's gone through space wizard puberty or something. He's Not Oran anymore. IT's fine though. I take comfort in knowing if something happens to me I don't have to worry about him doing something stupid. We used to fight a lot about that." She grimaces and offers a sincerely contrite "MY apologies, I thought being intimidating might be a point of professional pride. Very well o immaculate professional who I very much do not wish to anger. You're free to call me whatever you like."

"Space wizard puberty. That's a new one." Sumi blows out the last plume of smoke and dabs the end out in the tray. "Well, Oran always was an asshole. Suppose nothing's changed. I rather enjoyed him the way he was though."-- "WE'RE HERE!" Called Fae from the control cabin. "Well, Domino.. " Sumi put her helmet back on establishing the seal with a soft hiss. <"Time for business.">

Zee's leg slides off the table onto the deck and she's up off the bench in the same motion, flicking a finger for Domino to come over to her. <"Want to put them on yourself or do I have to put them on you?"> Dangling the restraints out on her other hands index finger. <"You can bind them in the front, I don't give a shivat if you escape five minutes after we're gone or not.">

Domino nods and lifts a hand, "One second." She tugs out a brush and hastily brushes out pins and such left over from her wig and tugs it into a poneygtail, And shucks out of the coveralls revealing a modest but not unfashionable tunic and leggings, "Ok. I do not look like granny Dom. Thank you ladies." She offers her hands to them, "How about this. If you don't hear from me in three days, get with Kryll and organize a rescue. You know I'd never stiff you ladies and I'm definitely not paying BEFORE I know I need it but champ was displeased I'd not let him help. And it makes no difference, front or back. Thank you both for not shooting me or hitting me in the face."

<"Ha. That is what she said."> Sumi comments, looking aside to Zee. Their ship was going through the landing process now. When the ramp lowered. It was showtime.

--Chandrila--

Ax, Sesti, and Jax were currently sitting at one of the booths towards the back of the pub having drinks and chatting. Ax leans back in his seat, "I'm glad you're not putting yourself at risk. Used to drive me nuts when Kadi was pregnant. I almost think it was worse on me than her at times. Sometimes, it sucks to be an empath."

The door to the place opened, and low and behold the form of a short Mandalorian appeared. She wasn't carrying a weapon in hand, but she had them. The caped figure stepped aside making way for the other two. A constant scanning HUD which Sumi was privy to glanced over the interior quietly before the voice comm on her helmet clicked and she cleared her throat. <"Greetings: I am called Sumi Kora and represent the Bounty Hunters' Guild. Who among the denizens here would be of the New Republic, or perhaps, of the Resistance, that would be able to contact someone to collect this bounty from us.">

Shortly behind the short Mandalorian is an equally short Mandalorian leading said Domino, retrained at the wrists infront of her waist, with a hand up on the ALSO SHORT thieves shoulders. God damned midget parade. Armed, certainly, but nothing in hand. Her helmet turns from side to side with the small antenna of her seeker droid peeking up over her shoulder to scan around the room.

Jax looks at the server, "I'll take a tonic and whatever you got that passes for a slice of Citrus on this planet." He says with a smile to the waitress. Though at the meniton of them getting their butts kicked in the loop, "Well she's just turned into that good of a pilot." He though stops with anything else being said at the apearance of Sumi. He sits there for a moment and looks to Sesti and shrugs before seeing Domino show up. He then promptly head to table top. "I think I'm getting a headache."

Sitting with the others at the table, Sesti is actually almost smiling as she drinks from her own, slightly fizzy, drink. When the mandolorians enter with their bounty, her expression turns more serious and she nods. She can't stand because her way out of the booth is blocked by her husband, whom she nudges slightly. "I am the Representative of Iridonia," she replies to the request. As Jax's head hits the table, she sees past him and the two hunters towards their capture, and her expression becomes starkly impassive. "Well."

Ax looks to the newcomers, leaning back in his seat again. "Well. That's interesting. Part of me even wants to intercede. Maybe I should." He chuckles a bit and sips at his freshly filled glass of high-end whiskey. Of course, he was no representative of the Republic or Resistance, so it wasn't his place, but Domino had been an ally of sorts. Not sure what kind of ally. "How much is her bounty?" he asks. "Maybe I'll pay it in place of the Republic."

When Sesti speaks up, Ax sighs. He looks to Sesti and Jax. "Part of me really wants to stop this, another part is well... I guess this is Chandrila, too many damned security forces of the Republic here for me to..."

<"Our purpose is not to cause any disturbance. Just a gentle nudge toward the right direction will suffice. Should this not concern you, please return to your peaceful evening."> Sumi issues before turning slightly at the mention of someone being a Representative. <"Ah, excellent. Representative Iridonia; where might we take bounty here. Apologies for the interruption.">-- <"The bounty posting was thirty thousand, alive."> She answers, <"Though we must insist she be turned over to the proper authorities, of course. We have a reputation to keep afterall.">

People taking off and putting on flight suits aside.

Zee'Roh doesn't much care who takes the bounty off their hands so long as the credits are exchanged. Especially not if the person is a representative of the Republic, that's on /their/ reputation not hers. So she stands there, hand on Dom's shoulder, waiting for Sumit handle the business portion and proper diplomaticalness of the situation.

Domino looks up and her eyebrows lift "OH. Well. THIS is gonna get awkward. THOSE are my ex inlaws."

Jax sighs, but keeps his head down, "I really really need to discuss some stuff with you Ax. You might not want to do that." Jax then raises his head, "Alright Hunter, Can I ask Who placed the bounty?" Jax hasn't seen the bounty posting.

Domino does not, it is worth noting, look to be in particular distress.

"When you're done with her, maybe you want to take me to the other team? I mean, that's what you do, right? You work for whoever will pay your fees." Ax slides out of his booth and takes a few steps forward. "I'm to understand that there's quite a bounty on smugglers. Also on lightsabers," to which Ax slides his clothing to the side to show a pair of ornate ones upon his belt. "Or, maybe Force Users?" he asks, reaching a hand out towards the table he just vacated. His glass of whiskey flying across to his hand. "I'd be a treasure trove, would I not? Maybe you can leave her here with the Representative who will turn her over to the proper authorities. I'm sure the bounty will be paid to you, I doubt the Republic would refuse to pay. I'd just like a few words with Domino before she goes into custody. Then, if you're feeling exceptionally froggy, you can try to take me to whoever you want to collect on the fortunes that would await. I truly don't think it would be in your best interests though."

"Your mother," Sesti answers the question Jax poses in a low undertone, giving him a little bit harder of a nudge to move out of her way so she can exit the booth and stand in a more dignified manner. Then Ax shows off his sabers and levitates his whiskey to his hand, and she just stands there, one hand on the table, one hand braced on the back of the booth.

Sumi takes a measured step back, placing the ball of her foot in line with her leading and tilts her helmeted head down slightly. When a Mando'ade feels threatened, they enter a particular stance. When they're surrounded, they line up with the biggest threat in the room. Sumi is oriented toward Ax, and if he had the clarity to see specific details, he may have noticed his own reflection in the silver T-visor of her helmet. <"Our quarrel is not with you."> Sumi says in a cold tone. <"Though I'm open to the possibility. I don't suppose you would want to come with us peacefully? We've treated her with respect. There's no reason we cannot offer the same considerations.">

Domino looks to Sumi and then to Zee and murmurs something lowly before facing forward and adding "I'll have to transfer it to you when I return or you can collect it from Kryll." large hazel eyes flicker between the pair "TRUST me. Whatever he's selling you do not want." She lifts her hands then "Hiii Ax!" She fingerwaves "It's good to see you! Jax! Sesti!Oh, Sorry, Lady senator!" She gives them all thumbs up "Everything's fine. I promise."

<"No."> Zee'Roh says to Ax, moving Domino behind her as she steps forward to put her shoulder to at an angle to Sumi's, likewise turned to observe the thretas int he room. <"I'll leave the bounty with the representative after I've been paid and if the representative decides she wants you to allow you to have words with her, that's on her, not me. But your desire to sound impressive impresses me exactly as important as you are to me anyways... which is zero. If /you/ feel froggy you can pull out your lightsaber and dismember me, I understand that is precisely how useful any of you Force Using, smuggling, wannabe thug, half assed Jedi jackasses are... otherwise, point us in the right direction or sit down and shut up so the person who can, does.">

Jax just groans, "Of Course." Jax stands up, "Ax, please sit down. Domino is a Knight of Ren. She's also Oran's main Squeeze. Well It's Malik Ren Now. She's also been running around trying to compromise New Republic dignitaries." He smiles at Dom, "Hi, Dom. How's Oran? I'm still grumpy with him over the thing." He turns and looks at Sumi, "I am unoffical as hell but I can call the person you want to turn her over to. They're going to be on the big Mon Cal." He peruses his lips, "As far as anything else, take it out of here and away from bystandards. They didn't ask for this."

"I think I take back what I just said," Sesti mutters towards Ax as she steps out of the booth. She has to bite her lip and turn her head away from the leader of the Waywards for a moment after Zee is finished speaking, but when she turns to look back towards everyone, her expression is composed and she holds her hands out as she steps between Ax and the Mandos. "I also think you can relax, as Domino is relaxed." She looks at the woman in restraints. "Perhaps a bit too much so, in my opinion. Buuuuut, if the General wants to talk to her, and she wants to talk to the General, then so be it. She can have her chat. I am capable of seeing to it." She gives a nod to the Bounty Hunters, "I will see to it that you are paid your reward, and can collect Domino from here."

Domino gives Jax a slightly sullen stare "You know full well Oran's gone." And clearly it's something she's a smidge sensitive about though as he continues she rolls her eyes "I have not MAlik Ren doesn't even care about this nonsense. I was just bored and was trying to meet people who might one day be useful. It's not like I'm MARRIED to the Ren or something, Maybe I'm expanding my social notework. I won't lie though-it is HILARIOUS that lil ol me created THIS much concern. In addition to not being his wife I am not his complaint department. I don't know what the Stars is on his mind THIS week but it's definitely NOT dick-waggling with two ex jedi." She oooh's and tilts her head "Jax, Don't take this the wrong way but your wife's sorta hot when she pulls rank." She looks over her shoulder to Sumi and Zee "Or is it just me?"

Ax actually laughs. The Echani just starts laughing, tears coming to his eyes. "My, I love Mandos. All so serious, claim they have so much honor, but they're just lowly mercenaries who's only loyalty is to the almighty credit." He takes a long sip of his drink and looks to Domino. "Hey kid. Why the Republic want you? Guessing because of your masked friends?"

Ax looks to Sumi. "No, I'd not go peacefully. Not considering where my destination would be. I'd really hate to show up there unarmed. I just have a very strong love of freedom and a dislike of petty thugs."

Ax looks back to Jax. "Yeah, but as faulty as she is, I at least owed her a small debt of a distraction or something. I never said I wouldn't let her have a chat with your mum. It's the least I could do. I know she travels in the company of the enemy."

Ax's eyes go back towards the more 'vocal' midget mando. "Listen up, shorty. If all you care about is credits, those fall from the heavens. There are much easier ways to make money than going after someone with a bounty on their head. Of course, were you a slaver, I'd have just slaughtered you right here and not even thought twice about it." he adds with a shrug.

Sumi raises a hand back to Zee, motioning for just a second. She knows the Mando is anxious to speak and she won't deny her those words, but it was an Alor's duty to protect her kin, even in the face of adversity.

<"Large talk for a man on a Republic world. You weren't so vocal when Oran Arcantael was but a few seats down from you at a Meltdown bar on Nar Shaddaa. So save us your high and mighty, smuggler-- jetii-- whatever it is you are. We each make our own living the way we see fit. So either draw your weapons and commence in violence, or go back to your drinks, fair-time Republic smuggler jetii. Just remember, you engage us, you're breaking the Republic's law. We came in here peacefully, you're the one running your mouth."> Sumi says, straightening up and placing her hands casually to her hips. If Ax was going to attack, he would've already.

Sesti's words are not ignored, but forgive Sumi for a moment for answering to a bit of hypocritical slander.

Zee turns slightly to look at Domino over her shoulder, <"Shut up.">

Holding her tongue while Sumi speaks, inclining her head as her Alor voices their inclinations and intent here on the planet. Once she's finished, however?

She turns her visor back to Ax, <"That's right, honor. The bounty was posted, we collected it, and I'm not being swayed by threat of violence from /you/, promises of higher credits from /her/-"> Thumbing at Domino, <"-Or any such indisgression inbetween... You can talk all the big game you want, with your lightsaber hanging there all unimpressively, about how big a mercenary I am, but what we're doing is legal... on every planet in the galaxy.."> Two fingers point up to Ax, unbashful about her size, <"And you're a self proclaimed smuggler, which definitely is /not/. So save me the indignation and panhandling I hate slavers rhetoric every smuggler uses to justify moving illegal stuff around the galaxy... I've heard it all before...">

<"And I don't have any stomach for self righteous nonsense right now.">

With that said, she looks to Sesti, lifts her visor, <"You taking responsibility for the bounty?">

Domino siiighs and looks to Ax, "Ax. Look at me. Do I LOOK like I put up a fight? If I were trying to get away I would have. Let these lovely and talented professionals collect their damned bounty and be on their way. I KNOW Granny Greystorm is scary but picking a fight with the delivery folk instead of the person who put the bounty out will solve NOTHING. You got an issue be a man and take it up with Granny Greystorm, yeah?"

She looks over her shoulder apologetically at the Mandos "You two are definitely not being compensated enough for this job." She siiighs "Can we please not encourage him to be a dick to what's left of my...whatever you want to call him? Please?"

"The funny thing is," Ax says. "I wouldn't know Oran if I saw him. I've never met the man to my knowledge. Well, I guess I have now." He laughs again. "And, I'm no Jedi. I am not a member of the Jedi Order. I am but a lonely adept," he says. "Of course, I'd still bring in a very large amount. My question is. What amount of money would it take for you to retire from hunting, the both of you? Would collecting my multiple bounties let you turn aside from this business, to seek something that didn't involve selling people's souls to the First Order or whatever the next highest bidder would be?" he asks. "Because, if it would, truly would, I'd even consider coming peacefully. I mean, at what point is enough credits enough? I assume the two of you are of the same clan?"

Ax looks back to Zee. "I have no desire for violence, not today. I'm celebrating a small victory from last night. Maybe I'm in a good mood, but truly, what would it take for you to find a new career?"

Ax shoots a glance to Domino, grinning. "Maybe I just wanted to give you a chance. I think you need to face the piper for your actions, but maybe we all do."

"Ax, You are going someplace I can not follow. My allegience is with the Republic, which she is has allied against. Please don't do this, your family and your esclating this." He says as he sees his wife step in between Ax and the Kora Clan members. Jax takes a deep breath, "There is no need for this. Please not here and not now. There is no need for measuring who is better."

Sesti takes a deep breath and then lets out a bellow. "Meni'oen! Dhiar meni re'meanar het'yol!" It takes her a moment to realize she's reverted to her native language, but her eyes flash purple annoyance at all of them alike. "Enough," she says, lowering her voice into an intense command, giving both sides of the argument an intense stare, ending on Ax. "You started a ruse to give Domino a chance to escape. She does not wish to. There is not point in carrying on the argument." She turns to the Clan Koras. "My husband is right, there is no need to continue this. You have completed your task, and, yes, I will take responsibility for the bounty. If you need anything more from me, then I suggest you accompany the two of us (she motions between her and Domino) outside."

Domino's eyebrows lift "Riiight because that's definitely why I'm here. To be held accountable. So stop harrassing the delivery agency and hold me accountable. I'm bored of whatever...this nonsense is." she turns to look around, "Surely there's a jail somewhere? Or like, a visitor's center while you all sort this out?"

<"No, thank you."> Sumi says in reply to Ax, politely waving the offer aside. <"We enjoy doing our legal occupation. Be well, Mr. Ax. Perhaps I will find you again."> Sumi put her back to the Smuggling Force User and traced her steps back to Zee. <"There will be no violence from the hunters. We came for our due, we'll leave when it's been paid. Be at peace."> A nod to Zee'Roh, and Sumi walked out with a small brisk of her cape, chuckling as she stepped back through the threshold.

<"It would require for the whole of the galaxy to hold hands through the streets in a collective plea for galactic peace... Each voice singing together with the others in a unison cry of acceptance and love of all sentients regardless of their skin, creed, or political standing... I wish not for credits, only stability... Truly, I am a woman of the /people/."> Zee doesn't do sarcasm great, but she does it well enough.

Visor moving between the others, she moves her hand around to position Donino out for Sesti, <"We'll be on the Supernova in port until our payment is received."> Nudging the woman towards the representative. Then she too turns to walk out with Sumi, pulling her poncho down across her chest to mostly obscure her weapons... just too damn many of them for all that shit, though. <"We should get out more. Biologicals on this world are amusing.">

"Jax, I wouldn't expect you to follow me. You need to follow your heart, you have a baby on the way. Besides, someone needs to tell my wife what her foolish husband is doing." Ax sighs, taking a sip of his drink again, draining the remainder of his cup. He walks over and sets it on the counter.

He smiles to Sumi. "So be it, maybe I was wrong about you're desire simply for credits. You'll get no fight from me on this day." He motions for another glass of his whiskey. "Can't blame a guy for trying to repay an old debt, even if it's to someone he doesn't care for."

Domino looks over her shoulder and pouts a bit, "I don't think they like me." She pouts at Sesti, "IT's a shame. I like them." she mock sulks and offers her bound wrists to Sesti "I'm all yours."
