Big Dumpster Dive

OOC Date: March 2nd, 2018
Location: Ko Hentota, Undercity
Participants: Siha Archer, Barquo Dentoo, Narsai Ordo, Zandra naMuriel, Ayeeou Wanaii, Vraag Rengh, Ebon Guard

This vast underground sector was one that once housed a large number of immigrant Duros laborers in years previous, but uncontrolled pollution from the industry of Ko Hentota has driven all the original occupants elsewhere, and all that's left now is decaying sub-level infrastructure.

Built in the lower levels of the moon, the Duros Sector is only accessible by disreputable, semi-functional lifts or crumbling stairways leading down from Ko Hentota. It is extremely rare for light to make it this far down, and it is a dark, dangerous labyrinth of pollutants, rubble, and the bones of forgotten buildings. There is nothing alive down here in the mephitic darkness, but that does make these underground nooks and crannies a popular hiding place for criminals and other ne'er do wells with reason to avoid the light of day.

There are rumors that semi-sentient alien predators roam freely here in these forgotten sub-levels, as well as other feral beasts... surely that's just a myth, but all the same, it seems that if one finds trouble here, help is unlikely to arrive.

The slicer of the Ebon Guard follows closely behind his boss and he as well has a flashlight out. This flashlight is held by his left hand on top of his right hand that holds his blaster. The slicers golden visor flickers a bit from reflected light as he scans his surroundings, thankful that the armor enhances the light kicked out by the flashlights. "A helluva place to lose someone boss."

Siha Archer's in her ebonguard flightsuit, sword at her hip via a leather holder, her helmet sitting to the back of her opposite hip. She follows in behind Barquo, a torch held in her left hand as the right touches along the wall as she steps down those stairs, the torch shone around as she tries to make up for where Vraag and Barq's doesn't shine, "An amazing place, actually, and smart ..who would come down here looking for anyone?" She asks, her voice soft, her chest infection finally at the tail end of it's run, her voice only a little scratchy now. Also low, she keeps it low, for the ears of the two men ahead of her only. And the rats.

Vraag nods his head in reply to Barquo, his own visor gleaming in the darkness as it picks up the glint of both his flashlight and the light sources making their way down the stairs behind him. "Yeah... I figure they aren't taking the kids from here... but this is a good place to look for where they took them. This under city structure stretches out beneath the districts for a long ways... there's no telling how many different access points there are that lead to the surface above. Escape routes. It'd be hard to track them, or catch them before they escaped. Keep your eyes peeled for traps."

No sooner do the words leave his mouth than the stairs beneath his feet give a sudden shudder and drop a few inches rapidly. He looks back at the others and cries out, "BACK, BACK!" And then he takes a few steps back the way he came and leaps, diving his way back up the staircase.

The slicer quickly holsters his blaster as his boss starts shouting. He turns around and faceplants into Siha as he is trying to jump back up the steps. "No, no, no! This can only end badly!" he reaches out to the railing trying to keep his place on the stairs if nothing else.

SMACK. Suddenly Siha finds Barq face planting into her chin and neck, which knocks her back onto her ass, the woman BARELY keeping herself from tumbling forwards then, but it means that there isn't a lot of room for maneuvering. Her teeth snap into her tongue, which means she bites down hard, blood beginning to fill her mouth as she lets out a swear, "E chu ta!" In huttese, more Huttese words following as she leans back on one hand, grabbing her mouth, twisting her body to start scrambling up the stairs in a half-crawl.

Vraag's diving body is far bigger than either of those behind him, so it is lucky that he didn't belly flop on the both of them. The entire staircase does not seem to be falling, and as Vraag grunts and pulls himself up from where his legs had been hanging into open air, it seems that all is now safe. He turns over until he is sitting on his ass on the stairs, then pivots so he can look back at the others, calling out, "Everyone okay?" Seeing the blood beginning to stream from Siha's lips, he curses and opens an ammo box on his hip, pulling out a small bottle of bacta spray. He extends his arm out, offering it to the woman and saying, "You didn't bite it off, did you? Here, this should help. It tastes like pudu, but it works."

As the bottle gets passed over, Vraag looks back the way they had been heading and sees only empty space. "What the krif are we going to do now?" says the fearless leader.

Barq groans a little bit and pats Siha on the knee and says "Sorry there Siha. I didn't mean to get you hurt this early in mission." he sighs and turns around on staircase and starts scanning the area for a way out. The helmet pans left to right, up, and then finally the head pans down. After a moment the helmet tilts to the side and Barq says "It's not gonna be fun bossman but..." he lifts a hand and points purposefully down toward a dumpster full of old garbage. "It's gonna smell like bantha poodoo but that dumpster should keep us safe for us all to drop in at once."

Siha Archer pinches her tongue with her fingers, a deep indentation in the bottom half of her tongue, but it's still attached. Tongues bleed like little bitches though, so it looks worse than it actually it, her chin dribbled with blood as she grunts, the knee pat from Barq lightly waved off, "No worrieths." Lisped out, the bottle of bacta taken, Siha leaning down on one stair now, legs kicking out in front of her. Leaning in on her elbow she will open the bacta, lifting it with her left hand to drain it into her mouth, swishing it around. No worse than cold medicine, really. A deep sniff as she continues to swish, a lean forwards done to look down at what Barq is talking about. Her torch is gone, so that means helmet time. The bacta is spat out, Siha wiping her mouth with her left forearm, the helmet unslung and plopped atop her head, secured with both hands. Up she rises, "Leth do thith." Drop. Down she goes, walking off those broken stairs to drop down below. HOPEFULLY she hits the dumpster.

Vraag is just about to say that he'll go first, when off drops Siha. He leans forward, watching her plummet through the forty feet of free fall space to crash into the contents of the dumpster. The trash in the dumpster pads her descent, keeping her from getting injured, but she hardly comes away unscathed. Vraag waits until Siha is clear, then says to Barquo, "I'm going to go next. Wait for me to get clear, then follow me down." With that, rather than jump, the big man just sort of twists off of the stair that he's on, crossing his arms over his chest and free falls backward through space. There is a louder crash as his considerable weight slams into the dumpster. He comes up with what looks like green spaghetti stuck to the top of his helmet, and a used and dried up condom stuck to his back that he can't see, but otherwise is okay. Climbing out of the dumpster, he stoops to pick up his dropped flashlight and flashes two quick lights up to Barquo to show that he's clear.

Barq watches as his two compatriots fall down into the dumpster. He shakes his head and says "Mom, dad... the things that I've done since I've left our little moon." the slicer takes deep breath and takes a small jump from the stairs crossing his arms in front of him as he leans back to fall into the dumpster. He falls into the dumpster with a considerably softer thud and as he's climbing out he wipes away some of the residual grease that was on the food containers he landed on. "Well, that wasn't bad at all. Could have been much worse."

"GAH. I landed in poodoo!!!" Siha calls up, the woman also ..having apparently dropped onto a murder victim, because she is covered in blood when she crawls out of the bin. A leg lifts up and swings over the edge of the bin, Siha launching herself over, her hands wiping off the front of her uniform, faeces and the blood that coats her, a grimace on her face though it's hidden by her helmet. She has never been more grateful for a helmet, though she's also still sucking the blood out of her tongue as it keeps bleeding. It's a great day for Siha. Kicking either leg out she flings off the organic biohazards, a few jumps down as she also flicks her arms sharply, "The big ithue ith gonna be getting back up." Noted via her sterilized voice as she speaks from within the helmet, the sound of slurping following those words as she contains her tongue. Gosh, she's so sexy. Look. At her. Craning around to reach to her backside to wipe off the human excrement. Flick. Flick.

Vraag is looking around, swinging his flashlight left to right, and it is in that swinging of his light source that he spots Siha and the blood she is covered in. "Where did that blood come from?" he asks her sharply, at first trying to make sure that she didn't fall on some jagged piece of metal inside that dumpster. His light goes toward the dumpster, lifting to peer inside before he says, "Barquo. You mind checking it out? Just... watch out for the poop."

The slicer stretches and the winces as he sees Siha. "Sithspit Siha! What the hell did you land in?" he curses and then nods to his boss. When he looks to Vraag he sees the condom on his back winces once again gingerly leaning over picking the item off of his back showing it to the large man and then tossing it into the dumpster away from where he is about to crawl. "Lets see what we have here." Siha Archer tilts forwards to look down at herself, "Aww thith thpit." Blood, too?! Her gloved hands quickly pat over her body, shoulders, ribs, abdomen, lower back, thighs, backside, "Not my blood." She doesn't notice Barq doing Vraag a solid with the condom removal, since she's currently celebrating that the only blood on her is in her mouth. As Barq moves back to the dumpster, Siha will wield her sword, swinging it off her back, some fruit peel flung away with the motion, having gotten stuck. She'll play guard.

As the condom is shown to Vraag, the Mandalorian recoils and cries out, "What the-!" Then does a sort of shuddering shimmy as if grossed out while the bit of rubber splats to the duracrete. He regains his composure soon enough and as Siha draws her sword, Vraag gives her a nod and slips the large pistol from his thigh, turning to place his back against the other side of the dumpster, also keeping a look out.

The slicer pulls out his flashlight and begins scanning the dumpster. "What the..." the slicer stops in his track before there is a slight retching noise inside his helmet. He quickly turns around and slides down the side of the dumpster. He removes his helmet and the slicer takes a deep breath before looking up at Vraag with anger in his eyes "Body parts bossman.. and they aren't adults either... hands, arms, feet... " the slicer closes his brown eyes and shakes his head before spitting the taste out of his mouth. "Whoever is chasing those young ones is nearby." he takes another deep breath and shoves his helmet back on his head.

"Of courthe I'd fall into the murder dumpether." Siha intones darkly, her facial expression hid behind the helmet which looks passively towards Barq, the multi-faceted visor taking in the man and his anger. A look back towards Vraag then, Siha already moving to strike onwards, her sword held up in ready. Kids creep her out, but that don't mean they gotta die. Or get chopped up. Or get their parts landed on by her, "Leth catch them before they thrike again."

Vraag shakes his head as he listens to the report Barquo has to give. He curses under his breath, looking toward Siha as she makes ready to head out, and then says, "Alright. I agree. But we need to try and make sure we're heading in the right direction. This place is a maze down here. Everyone look around and see if you can catch anything that looks out of the ordinary."

Siha Archer nods seriously to Vraag, the woman searching for her flashlight/torch, crouching down to grab it beside the bin with her right hand as her left hand keeps hold to her katana. Pushing up to a stand she will thumb the torch on, carefully sweeping the ground before her feet, noticing some scuff marks and foot prints, "Hey guyth." Called over her shoulder, Siha following the prints that she can see, "I think ith thith way." A wave of the katana to urge both men to follow her, the pilot picking up her pace. Children are in dire need!

The slicer looks around but doesn't see anything in particular. As Siha calls their attention he draws his blaster and holds it down to his side as he begins running after her. "I've got your back Siha. Lets get these bastards."

Vraag turns as the others take off ahead of him, nodding his head and beginning to take off at a run himself. He hoofs it along, not bothering to put his pistol back into his holster because he might actually need it soon. He keeps up guard in the rear of the trio, his feet pounding heavily on the old duracrete. As the others run ahead, they will feel the uneven and cracking duracrete, worn into disrepair by the years of time since they were maintained, as well as the sheer weight of the buildings erected on either side of them.

The slicer catches up relatively quickly to Siha and as they run along he constantly scans his head from left to right looking for any signs the killer may have left behind. As they run Barq eventually notices something off to the right at an intersection. The lithe man doesn't even slow down "This way!" he shouts and as he makes the turn he slides a little bit barely keeping his footing and barreling down the new intersection. "This son of hutt isn't going to get away with this."

Siha Archer turns her head as Barq spots something, her own steps having slowed, though she's quickly in motion again, sword slid into her hip holder-doo so she can run easier, "How do you know itth juth one thon of a hutt?!" Siha calls out to Barq, legs striding hard to keep pace with the man.

And there, far ahead in the darkness at the end of the alley, one can just barely make out the tall shape of a broken-down apartment building. The building, even in it's prime, was small for Nar Shaddaa standards. Only a mere four stories from the bottom floor to the roof. The top right corner of the building seems to have caved in, creating a huge gaping hole that opens like a mouth to devour the darkness of the Undercity. From this far out, the building looks as deserted as any other down in this level of the Smuggler's Moon, but the road ends at it's front door.

Vraag calls out, his voice suddenly softer as he wills the others to stop, skidding down to a knee in the darkness and off to one side of the alley road. If the other should stop, he'll look to both of them and then toward that end building, shrugging his shoulders before he says, "I don't like the look of just waltzing into a place like that with just the three of us. But it looks like that's the end of the line. We're out of clues and and that's pretty much all there is for it, right?"

Barq slows down considerably before finally stopping to look to his boss. He takes a deep breath and nods to Vraag "I know that we don't want to get ourselves in trouble. But I would rather get in trouble than have some other kid get chopped up like that." the slicer scans the building and then gestures to a window holding a finger up to where his mouth would be on the helmet "It looks like there is some activity in there. Some activity that they don't want us to know about either." he holds his blaster at the ready 'Whats the call bossman?"

Siha Archer's head tilts back as she comes to a skidding stop, half crouched as she looks around that apartment building face, helmeted gaze taking it all in. A shift of her eyes this way, then that, and she shakes her head, "I live for trouble, ethpethially when it meanth thaving thomone." So says the bitten tongue lady, her flashlight shifting towards a fire escape ladder, "Guyth, look here, we can climb up there, right? Right into the hole, come on." The woman doesn't wake for the boss man to give a call, she's already trotting that way to go towards the ladder, intent on getting into the building, end of the road or no!

Vraag listens to what Barquo says, and is about to reply to the man when Siha speaks up and takes off. Vraag looks after her for a moment, then glances toward Barquo. His expression is unreadable given the helmet that he wears, but the low chuckle is easily heard as he shrugs a shoulder and takes off along behind the woman. As he runs, he reholsters his pistol and tugs the nightstick-like cylinder from his belt. Depressing a button, the ends explode and lengthen, the cord launching from one end to the other to complete the bow.

The fire escape that Siha leads them toward seems solid, easily supporting them as they climb up the side of the building. The hole is dark up above them, but as they draw even with it they can see that it gives way to an abandoned apartment littered with the debris from the building's collapse.

Barq follows Siha up the ladder and lands gingerly inside the debris laden apartment. His blaster had been holstered on the ground and as soon as he lands in the building the blaster is quickly flourished into his hand. "I'm not going to be super quiet with this thing but I'll make quick work out of whatever hutt-humper is in here."

Siha Archer's boots hit the ground, knees flexing as she does so, her sword drawn out from it's sheath at her side as she does so. Helmeted gaze will drift, her right hand handling the flashlight, the left the sword, "You know, I almoth humped a hutt oneth." Said conversationally, "He wath pretty thexy. Pretty muthcled for a Hutt. He had a girlfriend tho' who wath really jealouth. Thhee thabbed me in the utheruth." And there is the explanation for her abdomen scar for those who have seen Siha naked, which could be quite a few since she's like a Zeltron with her nakedness back at the Ebon Guard base. She will examine the apartment as she looks around, moving towards the door, "Come on, leth do thith."

Vraag looks toward Siha as she goes through her explanation of humping hutts, the Mandalorian's golden T-vizor studying her for a moment. He holds up a hand, calling a halt to the push forward long enough to draw the other two to his side. "Barquo. Siha has expressed interest in becoming Mandalorian... I believe that I will vouch for her in the name of Clan Rengh. If you are willing to honor my motion, I will let this serve as her test on my end. She will lead this encounter from here forward. At the end, we will see if she handles herself well enough to become one of the Mando'a. How about it?"

There is a smile inside of Barquo's helmet and then a slight chuckle "Vraag Rengh, I would be happy to witness her leadership in this mission." he looks to Siha "I can't think of anyone I would rather call a true sister than Siha." he puts a fist to his chest and says "Lead us well Siha."

Siha Archer steps to Vraag and Barq after Vraag halts her from leaving that apartment room, and she will listen, "What!? Oh you guyth are crathy. I can't even with you two right now." The fact that Vraag is springing this on her now is insane, given her swollen bitten tongue, the fact she's covered in faeces and blood ..this is going to be one of those nights. From behind her helmet she stares daggers at Barq, her head canting just enough to show her displeasure with the two of them, the flashlight shone at both of their masks, "I'm not paying for any parth you guyth looth." A snort as she turns to the door leading out of the room they're in, her flashlight shone forwards, "You're gonna regret me ath your thithter, Barq." A glance over her shoulder to Vraag, "Thoon to be brother Vraag." Yeah, you're both gonna regret this! So ..she will draw in a deep breath, and move forwards.

Vraag chuckles as he looks toward Siha, shrugging his shoulders heavily as he gestures for the woman to move on ahead. He nods for Barquo to move second, the big man taking up the rear once again. He holds his bow in his left hand, pulling free a bolt and setting it to the string as he walks.

As Siha steps free of the apartment and begins off down the hallway, she will find that the going is mostly deserted. It seems as though there is not anyone up on this upper level, but the closer they get to the stairwell that goes down to the next level there are for sure voices that can be heard from down below. It seems as though there may be multiple people on the landing below. A close listen at the voices would reveal at least three people.

Barq sticks close to Siha as they head down the stairs. His blaster is held low and to his right so that it doesn't point toward Siha at all. The slicer cants his head to the side as he moves down the stairs. As they get closer to the bottom he taps on Siha's shoulder and shows her Three fingers. He raises those three fingers over his shoulder to show that to Vraag as well.

Siha Archer pauses at the top of the stairwell, tilting her head forwards to listen, head shaking a little. She can't tell the ages of those speaking, it's too muffled. She'll ease her way down the stairs, keeping close to the right wall, katana held in one hand A glance to Barq who confirms the number of voices and she'll nod, her flashlight tucked away into a pocket at her hip after it's turned off, the bottom of the stairs reaches, Siha leaning forwards a little to listen again. Hearing the voices better she'll turn to look up at those on the stairs behind her, flashing three fingers at them to confirm Barqs number, the hand dropping down to her crotch area, two fingers sticking out to indicate male. She even gives it a few shakes.

Then ...she's calling out as she rounds the corner, "Excuth me, I'm looking for directhionth to the neareth toilet. " Speaking loudly to announce herself first, because ..these may just be flat mates. But her raised sword as she steps through says she means business, either she wants that bathroom bad, or she's about to get serious. It depends on how the dudes react.

The men jump as Siha rounds the stairwell and starts to inquire as to the location of the john. They are all human.... very very dirty humans. "Ey! Wha' are you doing 'ere. Yer not s'posed to be ere! The boss is gonna be mad atcha!" one says loudly. Another takes one look at that katana and the armor Siha wears and decides that this is not someone he plans to stand around and chat with. Pulling a little holdout pistol from his hip, he points it at the woman, closing his eyes and shooting. Red light lights up the dark interior of the stairwell and Siha will feel a hot sensation along her ribs on the right side, a grazing wound that burns the flesh beneath her armor but doesn't manage to do very substantial damage. The others pull out weapons of their own, one brandishing a rusty looking knife, the other a pair of brass knuckles.

Bark rounds the corner shortly after the startled thug shoots Siha "Bad choice bootlicker." the slicer lifts his pistol up and fires a bolt of red energy that catches the thug in the face sending his body flying backward and scorched mess where his face used to be. "The rest of you scum sure you wanna do this?"

Siha Archer's arm lifts up as she hisses out a sound of displeasured pain, the arm lowering again, Siha advancing forwards just as that dead dudes body hits the floor, "I don't think they do. I think they're going to tell uth where their botthh ith and then go home, alive. And in one peeth." She brandishes that katana of hers, falling into an attack stance with it, her multifacted helmet of hers staring coldly at the two men left, "It'th up to you, becauth I got no problem chopping you up and going after him, too."

Vraag eases down the stairway after Barquo, his bow held at the ready and his hand gripping the arrow set on the string, ready to pull and fire should either of the remaining two need more convincing. He glances toward Siha, the mirrored T-vizor glancing over her wound before he looks back toward the two remaining thugs without saying a word. Apparently he really did mean it when he said he was going to take the back seat and let Siha drive this speeder all on her own.

The Thug brandishing the brass knuckles lets out a cry of shock as Barquo comes down and blasts his compadre's head in. He leaps back and tosses his weapon to the floor with a clatter before he says, "No, no! Hey! there's no reason for all of this. He's down in the basement! Down in the basement. You let us go and we'll tell the rest of the men to head out too! That guy... he's bad business!" The sound of trickling water greets the ears of the three Mandalorians, the source easily enough seen as the one holding his knife has pissed his pants.

"Good to hear you all have some sense to you." barq points his blaster at the one who just pissed himself and says "You really need to find a new line of work. It's not going to get any less dangerous and there are meaner people than myself who would just shoot you." he looks to the one that had the brass knuckles "Get yourself and your friend outta here before she changes her mind." he gestures to Siha. He turns his attention to Siha and then says "Lead the way bosslady."

Siha Archer listens, and nods her head to Barq, but she's looking at the man who spoke to her, "Not before you tell me if there are more kidth in thith apartment, or elthwhere." Her katana lifts and is levelled at the man who's speaking, then slides through the air to the man with the knife, pointing the tip of the sword at him now, even as he wets his pants, "Drop it. And anthwer the quethtion. Are there kidth in here, and are they with the botthh." She looks menacing, and even though she may not SOUND menacing with that lisp, she ensures that she takes on the most aggressive stance she can, putting that sword to good use for intimidation measures.

"There are kids, yeah!" the one who had wet himself suddenly blurts out, clearly mistaking the meaning of this visit. "Is that what you're here for? You wanting to take over the operation? We have tons of kids and young women. Pretty ones too. We keep them locked up in the lower floors, down on two and one. They are in the rooms. We keep them subdued with a strain of spice that the Hutts have us set up with! Keeps them from making too much noise as our customers come in to visit and enjoy! You take out the boss down in the basement, we'll be happy to work for you!"

There is a grunt from Vraag at this, the big man's hand tightening on his bow with a sudden clench of his fist that reveals something going on inside his mind. True to his word, though, he looks from Pisser to Siha. Waiting.

The t-visor of Barq's helmet swivels to Vraag and then siha before rotating back to the man who pissed himself. He lowers his blaster and then pans it over to shoot the man in the knee "You have got to be Kriffing kidding me! Seriously look for a new line of work you ugly son of a hutt!" the man is crying on the floor at this point "Seriously I can't believe you stupid thugs.." he looks to the man with the brass knuckles "Get him outta here before he says something even more stupid." The slicer shakes his head and looks to Siha "Whats the move bosslady."

Siha Archer listens, patiently, her jaw tightening as her bitten and damaged tongue presses the bloody tip in against the back of her teeth. Suddenly, and without warning, Siha is raising the sword and expertly cutting it through the air, both hands holding the hilt of the sword which slices through the mans neck like butter, spraying her with a wide swath of ox-blood red. She's barely containing her rage, or she'd have swept that sword a few more times, and the sword comes to a stop down by her left leg, the right having released it mid-swing. Angrily she turns to the remaining man, "Go. I know your face. I know your thoul. I will come for you, and I will hunt you down if I find you thend word to your both that I am coming. I will eat the thkin off your muthcleth, and lick the marrow from your boneth if you croth me. And if you EVER word in thith trade again, I WILL know, for I am the Goddeth Kanty'th and I will claim your thoul. Tell the otherth to /releath/ the prithonerth, NOW, and thtay out of /our/ /way/." Then she begins stalking her way to the stairwell to head to the basement, the mans body still spurting blood on the floor as the body twitches, the head having rolled off to the side to roll in against the leg of a chair, "Leth go, my thword is hungry." Said to Vraag and Barq, Siha a barely contained beast.

The remaining man is also sprayed with the blood of his friend as he first gets shot in the knee and then gets HIS HEAD CUT OFF!!! As his buddy's body slumps to the floor and begins to spill blood across the ground, his head rolling over there like some kind of sick joke, the man nods his head and doesn't have to be told twice. He crawls away form Siha as the woman begins to move, presenting a backside that Vraag takes a moment to plant the underside of his big boot into, delivering a savage kick that sends the poor thug skidding on his face on the floor. Vraag, for his part, simply follows along with Siha. All around the two levels you can hear doors being unlocked, and the sound of hurrying footsteps from those who work here trying to get away, and a soft whimpering and crying from the girls who had been locked behind those now open doors

No one interrupts the descent to the basement, but as soon as Siha and the other two arrive, it seems like someone might have tipped off the man. Looking toward the woman, he says, "It's about time you got here... I have been waiting."

Bark follows close behind Siha and as they travel down he tries to give a reassuring nod to some of the young women that they pass. He shakes his head and says "We need to call Yee as soon as we take care of this bastard." he frowns under his helmet and then when they hear the words welcoming them in he says quietly to his two comrades "Well I hope we don't dissapoint."

"Which huttth are finanthing you." Siha will ask darkly, blood dripping from her sword and armor as she strides forwards, allowing the man a chance to speak before she attacks him, or before the others attack him. Or maybe not before, who knows. Maybe the others will go bananas. Drops of blood trail where she walks, dark grey eyes scanning the man to check for any obvious weapons, a quick cursory glance given around the room he's in as well, just in case he has loyal cronies who think that the trio won't cut them down, "Thpeak."

The man awaiting the trio of Ebon Guard personnel is a strange looking man. His head is bald and is covered in tattoos atop and then down his neck to disappear into the body armor that he wears beneath the black trench coat. "Ahhh, my dear... I wish you hadn't said that," he says sadly toward Siha in reply to the topic of what hutt he is being backed by. He moves, quick as a flash, and tugs up a DP-23 shotgun from beneath the coat. He holds the gun up at about hip level, not taking the time to aim, and fires at the woman. The ruby red blast misses the slender woman, flying by close enough that she will likely feel the heat from the passing energy, and slams into Barquo's chest. The slicer's armor takes most of the force of the shot, but along the edges it burns through the underweave suit.

The slicer curses as he sees the man begin to draw a weapon out from under his coat. He starts moving before the shot is fired but he moves a little too slow and that shot takes him in the chest burning through his armor slightly. "You son of a hutt!" Barq levels his blaster up over his left arm steadying his shot that leaps away from his weapon. The blast lances out and takes the criminal in the gut with a wet thud. Barquo continues his movements and slides behind a table that he tips over so that it's top is in between he and the criminal who just shot him.

"Hold on, Barq." Siha calls out as the man who shot Barq is shot right back in his gut, her steps taking her towards that man and his wounded self, coming around to the desk, "Who are the hutts who hired you for this." Her katana lifts up to raise at the man, much in the same way she held it to the others upstairs, "You might escape our wrath is you speak quickly enough." Her voice behind her helmet is filled with anger, hand gripped tightly on the hilt of her sword, her rage kept in check, the sounds of those released still filtering in down to the basement from upstairs, keeping Siha on task.

There was times for subtle insertions, times for stealth and secrecy...this was not one of them. Clad in the red and black of her personal armor, Narsai's arrival was met with the rush of her jetpack and the brandishing of her blaster in the almost perfect recreation of the old 'Supercommandos' She'd intended to take the lead in providing backup, but moreover the 'Reviver' would much prefer if the shooting was directed at her rather than the medical personel. The goons? She barks her orders their way. "Drop your weapons and kiss the ground or be cut down."

The building in question where the homing beacon Vraag had dropped is an abandoned apartment complex. The top portion of the building is crumbling and caving in, but there are for sure people there. Shadowy figured slip out of the front door in ones and twos, trying to escape away and into the darkness which promises safety. The bottom floor is filled with apartments, each one having a different female from the ages of fifteen to late twenties, all showing signs of abuse and forced drug use, severely in need of medical attention.

Down in the basement, the man that Barquo has just shot slaps a hand to his gut as the wound scorches a hole into his stomach and internal organs, groaning as he falls back and to his butt on the floor. His eyes grow wide as Siha presses her sword point to his throat, he obviously getting that these two mean business. He tries to breath, but his wound seems to be making it hard. He tries to speak, but coughs, blood coming from his mouth to trickle down his chin. "I'm already for the worms..." he finally groans out. "Lord... Eebua... Gnuda pays me."

Zan has come along, though she's not exactly medical, goon, or cavalry. Well, at least not without a ship she's not. Still, she has a blaster, and she might be able to use it. She stays behind Narsai, letting the other woman take lead, cause well, she knows how to. And Zan doesn't. Yet. Maybe never will. "How do we get into these - right, we didn't," Zan mutters. "And here we go." Gun pointed, she simply moves along with Narsai for now, keeping up, keeping watch, and ready to help however she needs to.

Led by Narsai as they rush to back up the others, Ayeeou might prefer a little stealth and secrecy, really. Rushing in to face bad guys might be invigorating to the Mandalorian set, but she is very far from being one of those. She's not totally clear on what they're doing, as she was pulling herself into her armor on the way there instead of listening very closely. Just in case. Something about bad guys and women in trouble who would need medical help. She's down with that, as the kids say these days. She does have her blaster ready too, just in case, but is pretty sure everyone agrees her using it should be saved for extreme necessity.

The slicer seems to jump a bit from behind his overturned table when Narsai comes storming in. "Quite the entrance there Narsai." he shakes his head chuckling a little bit holding his blaster at the ready and audibly wincing as he stands up and starts wandering over to the man on the floor. "I hope that you brought the..." at that moment Zan and yee walk in "...Doctor with you. Hey Doc. Zan." he gives them both a nod before pointing his blaster at the head of the man on the floor. "Hey doc you mind patching this guy up enough so that we can make sure he isn't lying through his dying breath?"

Bloop. Siha drives her sword into the chest of the man after he gives his confession, striking him somewhere to the left of his sternum, her sword sinking in, a twinge hitting her from her wound she gained earlier. She'll grimace behind her helmet, withdrawing her sword out from the man, dead or alive, " "Thtupid ribth .." Thaaaaat's right. Not that Siha sucks. It's alll the rib wound, "No, he doethn't detherve medical treatment and we don't need to verify his word. Let him bleed out, or thhoot him down, he'th thcum and detherveth far worthe than what he put thothe kidth and women through." The sword is wiped on the side of her leg, the woman turning to look as the other team members come in, "We have children and young women who have been thold for pleathure to mithcreanth. They need treatment." A look to Vraag and Barq, "Thorry if you wanted to quethion him further, if he wath left to live he would have tharted thomwhere elth the thame buthineth."

And like that...the threats are apparently gone. Narsai actually blinks behind the cover of her T-visor before lowering her blasters and turning towards the fleeing shadows. Siha was right to a point, they likely did want to ask more questions...but there was others that could be asked or tracked if they didn't get too far away. "Seems we're late to the party..." she comments lightly before nodding to the two medics. "Patch up the girls, I'm going to see if there's anyone else who might know something." With that, the woman takes to the air once more to commence her chase.

Not a medic, nope. Zan can at least help Yee, regardless. Extra set of arms and legs probably won't hurt. She does stare at Siha for a bit, totally confused. "I think I only understood half of what you just said, Siha," is her reply. Though Narsai's comment on patching up - that at least is understsandable. "I hope nobody expects me to do any patching. But Yee, if you tell me what to do, I"ll help how I can!" She flashes a grim smile Bark's way, given his comment, and nods to the others. "Sorry we're late."

To be honest, it would have been a whole lot easier to patch the guy up before Siha skewered him. Yee pauses when that happens, and her huge black eyes blink a few times before she gives Barquo her answer. "Ummmmm... I can try. No promises, though..." she says, a little weakly, then can only shake her head a bit as she hears Siha's voice. "I'm pretty sure I said bedrest. This definitely is snot what you're supposed to be doing..." With that, she goes to see what she can do for the bad guy, gesturing to Zan to give her a hand.

"No," Vraag pipes up, the first words he's spoken since they first entered the building on the third floor. "He does not deserve our help. He just named a dead Hutt as being the one that has been paying him. He's seen to the torture and murder of children and women alike." He steps around Ayeeou quickly, his feet thudding into the floor with the noise of all three hundred pounds of Mandalorian and then when he reaches the body of the man, his leg draws back and kicks him right in the side of the face. There is a sickening crunch as his metal plated boot connects with jawbone, and then a faint crack as the head is suddenly whipped around on it's neck. Vraag's helmet turns to view Siha first, more pointedly going to her ribs as he says, "If you can hold on for a while longer, we can check the girls over first. Are you bleeding badly?" Looking toward Barquo, Ayeeou, and Zandra, Vraag says, "There are probably twenty young girls and women here that we need to help. We need to get them patched up and ready to move as quickly as possible before this guy's friends come back. Understood?"

Barq spins his blaster on his forefinger and as it completes it's rotation it slides into his holster. The lithe man looks down at the VERY dead man and says to Yee "Looks like there are other more deserving folks that need your help Doc." he looks to Siha and then to Vraag "I think she deserves the title of Mando'a don't you?" The slicer rotates his head around the room and quickly steps over the dead body and sits down at a computer console nearby. The slicers hands dance over the console and he quickly starts speaking over his shoulder to the rest of the group "I've got three women that didn't move at all when the doors opened up in rooms 124, 126, and 130." he swipes an image to the left and then says "I've got another room full of four women that just started huddling together when the doors opened." he looks over his shoulder "If you don't mind boss I'm going to dig through financials for a moment while you help those girls. Time to see if the nerf was working with anyone else."

"Thorry, Barqou made me bite my tongue, tho now I thound like an idiot." And Yee, oh, beautiful strong Yee, you beautiful mermaid you, "I'm thnot doing what you think! Thith ithn't even me, I thwear." Look at her, does it LOOK like Siha? Her armored flightsuit is COVERED in blood, and what looks like excrement. COULD Siha be in a situation like this ever? Do not. Answer. That. As Vraag kicks the head of the man Siha will step away, sliding her sword back into it's scabbard at her hip, a deep sniff taken inside her helmet, "Let hith friendth come back, I'm going to mow them all down and then danth on their corptheth." A sidelong glance to Yee from behind Siha's helmet, the woman stepping away, "I am fine, it'th the muthcleth, juth ..I think it went a little deep, but nothing I can't handle." Reassuringly to Vraag, Siha moving to step away, "I'm going to thweep the apartment floorth and take out who I can before we go." Like, Barq. Why you gotta call her out like that? Siha ..will try and sneak away before Vraag makes his ruling.

Zan listens to all the information in coming and then she says, "four who are huddled together - want me to go try to bring them here?" she offers. Course, she's not hurt, not male and not drugged. "Or should we stick together?" That's asked, because well - "If so, the ones who are worse off we should maybe get first - " she stops, glancing at Yee sort of with some confusion. "Yee, what do you think? Sounds like four rooms we need to get to, to rescue those folks, right?" She shrugs and then says, Maybe start down the hall and work our way down the one side, and back up the other?" She ignores the argument such as it is between friends and family, instead moving to follow Yee. "I guess fast is definitely on the list to do, and hopefully Siha doesn't fall over before we get to her?" Hah. Zan's gaze goes to Vraag, as Zan is not at all sure how badly hurt Siha really is.

When Vraag finishes the guy off with a sickening crunch from his armored foot, Ayeeou has a brief moment of looking a little ill. "Okay? The girls, then." she agrees. Too late now to do anything for that guy on the floor, after all. She looks over Siha again, and looks a little doubtful that she isn't her. "Uh huh..." she says, though the tale of her speech impediment makes it hard not to laugh despite their surroundings. Once again, there's an "Uh huh..." Then, "We'll start in 124, and check the ones that aren't moving, first. Why don't you see to the four, Zandra? See if you can't get them calmed down a little? We can split the protection." Because they both should have someone watching for trouble.

Vraag looks toward Barquo, seeming to consider the man for a moment before he nods and gestures toward the computer terminal. "Yes... I think Siha has done well enough to earn her armor, at least. If she wants. The road is hardly finished, but she's earned the chance to travel it." He looks the injured pilot over for a moment before he says, "Ayeeou is probably right. It would be counterproductive if I go into the room and freak all of the women out. Siha, will you go with Ayeeou and protect her? I'll go with Zandra and just... stand in the hallway. Barquo, when you get done, join us on the first floor and then we'll start trying to herd everyone to the surface."

The slicer nods as he listens to the conversations happening behind him his hands never stop dancing over the keys. "Y'know boss. One of these days we'll have to incorporate a computer jack that feeds computer data directly into the helmets HUD." The screens that are popping on and off of the mans screen are a little dizzying to those not able to follow his train of thought. "I'll be there shortly bossman. I think I'm getting close to the money behind all this."

"Lithen, I juth got into a theriouth relationthip ..I ..whatever. Yeth, fine. Armor me, make me thart the journey towardth being the ultimate badath." Siha throws a hand up into the air, she couldn't fight the relationship, and apparently she can't fight being inducted into the Mandalorian path, "Ith like fate ith telling me to juth be thooo awethome and be thooo cool, tho fine." As for protecting Ayeeou, Siha will pause on her stalk outwards, "Yeth, I will protect the beautiful and amathing Ayeeou, and cut thoth down who would try to bring her harm." SCHWING. Her sword is untucked from it's scabbard once more, the bloodied and gut covered thing flicking the bits away, "C'mon you gorgeouth doctor, I hear there ith thith chick who needth to be on bed retht, tho ..I gotta go ..poke her to do that oneth we're done here." Thus Siha will go with Yee, and protect her good.

Zan's lips curve in a bit of amusement as she listens. "Someone is turning into quite the fighter," she murmurs, and then she nods. "Right, okay then, the room with the four huddled together was - " A pause as she thinks, but the trader in Zan remembers things often enough when she tries. "Barquo didn't say the room number?" She wrinkles her nose at him, and then starts that way. "C'mon then, boss man, if you're gonna block the hall and guard us while I try to talk them into coming with us, better get moving, right?" She might never be Mandalorian, truthfully, but she does seem to be somewhere in the middle of it all. Not quite as tender hearted as Yee, but yet not an amazon -erm - Mandalorian? as Siha. Who knew?

Beautiful and amazing? Gorgeous? Much of Yee's face dips into a much darker aquamarine, and she can't help chuckling. "I'm not sure I'd go that far, but you're very sweet." she says. "Come on. Let's go help those girls while I explain to you in great detail what happens to your lungs when you don't give pneumonia enough time to heal properly." With that, she and Siha can go start on the girls that need more help.

As Barquo types away on the computer terminal downstairs like some kind of big Mandalorian Nerd, he will find out that the payments behind this little den of sin has indeed been from only one source, and of what can be identified, it seems to have truly come from the long dead Hutt Lord that had started a civil war on Nar Shaddaa and seized control of the Starport District. The payment history is recent, though, which seems to raise more questions than it provides answers.

As the girls plus Vraag go upstairs to attempt and help the poor and mistreated women, they will find the task to be truly more pitiful than anyone could have expected. The women are thin to the point where every bone seems to jut from their bruised and lacerated skin. Many are missing fingers or toes, and from those who are able to speak with any coherency, it will become clear that the people in charge were cutting off fingers and other small body parts when the women attempted to resist or escape. The women were kept here until they died, whereupon the men would cut the bodies up and dispose of them.

Most of the women are capable of limping or walking on their own by the time Ayeeou, Zandra, and Siha get done with them, and the two who are not are thin enough that Vraag can throw one over each shoulder and walk along with the rest. Once they reach the surface, Vraag ushers them to the nearest clinic, and then sets Barquo onto the task of contacting family members and notifying them of their loved ones location. Soon enough, the good deed is done, and the Ebon Guard refuses to take payment from the parents and relatives of those retrieved.
